Two-sided folder with multiple variable divisions Description:

Folder for presentation, offer, report, brochure or application documents made of cardboard, paper, plastic or bound as a book for DIN A4 documents with fastening equipment or filing devices (e.g. with clamp rails and triangular pockets, business card pockets, diskette pockets, rectangular pockets made of plastic, paper or metal).

There are already various two-page or multi-page folders, but they do not allow such a structured use of quantities with low material consumption.

The smallest version of the folder has a front and a back as well as two spines separated by a central fold (6). One or two additional fastening devices can be attached to the central fold (3), e.g. 2 cm high, i.e. a total of four for a two-sided folder (e.g. inside front = triangular pocket (1), front central fold = clamping rail (2), back central fold = clamping rail (4), back inside = clamping rail (5)).

If you fold the second spine again and add another spine, you can add additional fastening devices or filing devices. The extension can be continued as many times as you like, e.g. twelve parts for an annual report.

Current status:

Up to now there are only different or simpler structured and equipped folders.

Problem:

For an optimal application or presentation, you need appropriate folders with the right equipment for presenting the documents. To date, there are no such two-sided folders that meet this requirement.

Applicability:

Anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they have to present themselves, apply for a job or report. For example: salespeople, trainers, advertising agencies, authorities, companies, job seekers, etc.

Advantages:

Material savings are achieved because the folds mean that the back cover is no longer required. The practical, high-quality structure of the folder gives the recipient a very good first impression of the provider. This first impression is crucial in determining whether this document is processed further. This means that the first important step for the provider has already been successfully completed.

Two-sided, multi-part (variable) folder for presentation, offer, report, brochure or application documents made of cardboard, paper, plastic or bound as a book for DIN A4 documents with fastening equipment or filing devices (e.g. with clamping rails and triangular pockets, business card pockets, diskette pockets, rectangular pockets made of plastic, paper or metal).
The smallest version of the folder has a front and a back as well as two spines separated by a central fold ( 6 ). Up to two further fastening devices can be attached through the central fold ( 3 ), i.e. a total of four for a two-sided folder (e.g. inside front = triangular pocket ( 1 ), front central fold = clamping rail ( 2 ), back central fold = clamping rail ( 4 ), inside back = clamping rail ( 5 )).
After the second spine, you make another fold and another spine, so that you can install additional fastening devices or lifting devices.
This multiple effect can be extended several times (e.g. for a 20-part folder) by extending the folder with two spines and a center fold.
