Eine Beschriftung auf der Vorderseite kann individuell gestaltet werden, z. B. mittels eines Aufklebers mit Firmenlogo oder gleich bei der Herstellung der Mappe per Druckverfahren. Die Beschriftung auf der Rückseite der Mappe zeigt Namen und Erreichbarkeit des Vertreibers.
