Folder for presentation or offer documents or application documents made of cardboard, foil or bound as a book for DIN A4 documents with fastening equipment, e.g. with three clamping rails and a triangular pocket made of plastic, metal, etc.

There is already a four-part folder, but because of its central folding arrangement, the fastening equipment only begins on page 3. In our folder, the fastening equipment is already attached from page 2 thanks to the sequentially arranged folding row.

Current status:

So far there is only one four-part application or presentation folder made of cardboard or foil, but this has a different opening order.

Problem:

For an optimal application/presentation, you need appropriate folders for the extensive documents. The standard folders consist of a maximum of three pages, i.e. they do not have enough pages for a comprehensive presentation.

Applicability:

Anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they have to present themselves or apply for a job. For example: salespeople, trainers, advertising agencies, authorities, companies, job seekers, etc.

Advantages:

The high quality and practical structure of the presentation/application folders give the recipient a very good first impression of the provider. This first impression is crucial in determining whether this document is processed further. This means that the first step for the provider has already been successfully completed.

The big advantage for the person preparing the presentation/application folder is that the company brochure, product description, price list or technical data can be read in parallel without having to remove the documents. With standard folders, this is not possible without having to remove the documents from the folder. The same applies to application documents, e.g. cover letters, CVs, references and certificates.

The folder thus guarantees optimal handling for the sender and the recipient.

Four-part folder for presentation/application documents made of cardboard, foil or bound as a book for DIN A4 documents with fastening devices, e.g. with three clamping rails and a triangular pocket made of plastic, metal, etc.
When the folder is opened, you can see all four pages at a glance and thus have an overall picture of the document at once.
The label on the front can be individually designed, for example using a sticker or by printing the folder when it is produced.
