Description

The invention is an aid for learning movements.

For various sports, step combinations and directions of movement are depicted in textbooks, films and other publications.

However, according to current knowledge, this information is not transferred to floor mats.

In tennis lessons, movable marker strips or cones are used. The problem is that the individual parts have to be rearranged on the floor each time.

The solution (invention) is that the essential movement elements that can be (easily) demonstrated on the floor are "stably" marked on the mat, so that the student can repeat the exercise many times on his own. In addition, the mat allows accessories to be attached that can be used to demonstrate other movement elements above the mat.

The implementation of the inventive idea is conceivable in numerous variants.

The technical task in the concrete implementation is to meet special requirements,

depending on the area of application.

Examples: Indoor or outdoor use,

for children, for adults (body size) shipping, transport, storage, variability, risk of injury, load, durability, price, etc.

An embodiment is shown in the drawings (Fig.5-8):

The mat is made of synthetic fiber/velour carpet or similar. It has colored markings (print or spray paint) for the foot position during the forehand stroke (tennis) as well as arrows for the direction of movement.

(Fig.5/4) Ball stand for different hitting heights The ball to be hit can be fixed at different heights by either placing it on the hole (lowest hitting point) or on the ball stand (higher hitting points). The height can be varied by fitting other parts together (e.g. plumbing pipes).

( Pig. 5A) Base plate -

This is located loosely underneath the mat: The stand is inserted from above through the hole in the mat into the plate and is thus loosely fixed.

( Pig·6 ) The mat cut-out, stand, base plate and ball are all designed in such a way that the ball can be easily hit away from the stand with a tennis racket.

(Fig.7), The stand gives way in case of contact, but straightens itself again due to the weight of the mat.

(Fig.8)} The ball that is hit away can be placed well. This creates the opportunity for interaction with a partner who is trying to catch the ball.

This is important for the use of the aid in tennis lessons and generally for the motivation to practice.

The advantages of the invention are numerous.

Here we will only look at the methodological possibilities as a tool for learning to play tennis

referred to:

1. Many movement elements can be demonstrated "stably" and without constant explanation. Once the student knows what the markings mean, he can practice independently with numerous repetitions.

2. Certain movement elements have not been able to be represented so clearly until now.

These include:

Departure of the ball,

Counter movements, especially of the back leg, starting position for the strike, intercepting position at the end of the strike or continuation of the footwork from the striking situation

(connection movement) etc.

3. Due to the strong inviting character of the floor mat and the possibility of interaction

of practice partners (Pig.8) a high level of motivation is achieved among the students. In particular, learning movement elements that require coordination is now even fun.

4. By using the mats, movement elements can be standardized.

This is important when more than one trainer is working with the same student at the same time or one after the other. Unnecessary re-learning can be avoided.

The ball stand (e.g. tube) (4) is first inserted through a hole (3) in the mat (2) and then into a base plate (1).

The ball (plastic ball, approx. 2o cm 0,

1. Floor mat with accessories, characterized in that the mat has markings for learning specific movements - from the perspective of the student on the mat. 2.
