1. Commercial kitchen trolleys, such as tray or food transport trolleys,
which can be connected to other wagons and/or a towing vehicle and has a coupling provided for this purpose,
and which has a parking brake for at least one of its castors,
wherein the parking brake has an actuating element which is movable between a locking position of the brake which blocks the roller and a release position of the brake which releases the roller, characterized in that the actuating element ( 3 ) itself or an arm ( 10 ) connected to the actuating element ( 3 ) is movably mounted and arranged such that in the locking position of the parking brake it is arranged in a position which blocks the coupling ( 4 ) and in the release position of the parking brake it is arranged in a position which releases the access of a drawbar ( 8 ) to the coupling ( 4 ). 2. Commercial kitchen trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that the actuating element ( 3 ) is designed as a pedal and has a tongue-like, possibly angled projection as an extension arm ( 10 ). 3. Commercial kitchen trolley according to claim 2, characterized in that the parking brake acts on two castors ( 2 ). 4. Commercial kitchen trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the parking brake secures the castor ( 2 ) both against rolling and against steering or swiveling movements. 5. Commercial kitchen trolley according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling ( 4 ) of the trolley ( 1 ) is arranged at its front end as seen in the direction of travel.
