Case, in particular a medical case, with two case shells ( 2 , 3 ) which are connected to one another in an articulated manner and which can each be divided into several compartments by partitions ( 8 ) and in whose side walls ( 5 ) guides ( 6 ) are provided for receiving the partitions ( 8 ), characterized in that the partitions ( 8 ) are provided with T-shaped end pieces ( 9 ) and that the guides ( 6 ) have grooves into which the T-shaped end pieces ( 9 ) of the partitions ( 8 ) can be inserted.

2. Case according to claim 1, characterized in that the guides ( 6 ) are double webs, the webs ( 7a , 7b ) of which are each formed by U-profiles directed towards one another.

Case according to claim 2, characterized in that the end pieces ( 9 ) of the partition walls ( 8 ) have a shoulder ( 10 ) whose width corresponds approximately to the distance between the webs ( 7a , 7b ), and on each side of the shoulder ( 10 ) a projection ( 11 ) whose width corresponds approximately to the depth of grooves ( 7 ) of the webs ( 7a , 7b ).

Case according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the compartments of at least one case shell ( 2 , 3 ) can be covered and opened via at least one cover plate ( 13 ), that the cover plates ( 13 ) are hinged to the side walls ( 5 ) or partition walls ( 8 ) of the case shells ( 2 , 3 ) via hinges ( 14 ) and that the hinges ( 14 ) are attached to support elements ( 15 ) which can be inserted into the grooves of the guides ( 6 ).

5. Case according to claim 4, characterized in that the support elements ( 15 ) have a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the end pieces ( 9 ) of the partition walls ( 8 ).

6. Case according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the hinges ( 14 ) are formed integrally with the support elements ( 15 ).

7. Case according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the hinges ( 14 ) have a polygonal inner contour ( 14a ), and that the cover plates ( 13 ) are provided with hinge pins ( 16 ) whose outer contour essentially corresponds to that of the inner contour ( 14a ) of the hinges ( 14 ).

8. Case according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the hinges ( 14 ) only partially engage around the hinge pins ( 16 ) of the cover plates ( 13 ).

9. Case according to one of claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the hinges ( 14 ) and the supporting elements ( 15 ) are made of plastic.
