Zur Befestigung und Stabilisierung des Grills 9 dienen weiterhin parallel zur Rückwand 3 verlaufende stangenförmige Halterungselemente 11, die ebenfalls an der Deckwand 5 gehaltert sind. Der Rückwand 3 zugewandt weist der Halterungsbügel 15 eine Montageplatte 21 auf, in der eine Befestigungsöffnung 23 und ein Befestigungslappen 25 ausgebildet sind. Korrespondierend dazu sind an der Rückwand 3 eine Muffelbefestigungsöffnung 27 und eine Muffelmontagehilfsöffnung 29 vorgesehen. Zur Befestigung des Trägerteils 13 an der Rückwand 3 dient eine Schraube 31, deren Schraubenkopf mit einer Verzahnung versehen ist, um die sichere elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem Trägerteil 13 bzw. dem Kapillarrohr 19 und der geerdeten Backofenmuffelwand 1 her zustellen (Fig. 2). Anschließend wird der Halterungsbügel 15 um etwa 90° an die Rückwand 3 gemäß der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Position geklappt. Dadurch erstreckt sich nun der Trägerteilgriff 17 senkrecht zur Rückwand 3. Nun dreht der Monteur den Halterungsbügel 15 so, daß der Befestigungslappen 25 des Halte rungsbügels 15 die Muffelmontagehilfsöffnung 29 der Rückwand 3 hintergreift. Dazu ist der Trägerteilgriff 17 im wesentlichen wie eine flache Platte ausgebildet, deren Breite etwa dem Durchmesser der Montageöffnung 33 entspricht. Diese dient beim Drehvorgang also als definierte Führung des Trägerteilgriffes 17. Der Monteur kann nach dem Hintergreifen das Trägerteil 13 loslassen, da es durch den Befestigungs lappen 25 und den Trägerteilgriff 17 stabil an der Rückwand 3 gehaltert ist. Anschließend wird das Trägerteil 13 mit Hilfe der Schraube 31, wie oben erläutert, an der Rückwand 3 befestigt. Dabei kann das Trägerteil 13 nicht mehr von der Rückwand 3 gedrückt werden, weil der Befestigungslappen 25 die Muffelmontagehilfsöffnung 29 hintergreift.
