Description
Die am Markt verbreiteten (bekannten) Getränkebehälter, insbesondere für
Bier sind sogenannte KEG′s. Die ursprüngliche Bauart war eine dreiteilige
Ausführung mit Bodenunterteil in Klöpperform, zylindrischem Mantel/Zwi
schenstück und einem gewölbten Oberteil gebaut wie größere Druckbehälter.
Besonders die Getränkeindustrie und hier insbesondere die Bierbrauer störten
sich an den vielen Schweißnähten. Besonders glatte und saubere Nähte
konnte man nur erreichen bei einer aufwendigen Spanntechnik und mit einer
einwandfreien Badunterstützung; bei der letzten Umfangsschweißung ein
technisch schwieriges Unterfangen.
Durch Verbesserungen bei der Tiefziehtechnik gelang es, 2-teilige KEG′s
aus Ziehteilen herzustellen. Die Schweißnahtlänge konnte um Faktor 2-2,5
reduziert werden. Aber auch hierbei muß von innen eine Badunterstützung bei
dem gebräuchlichen MIG/MAG-Schweißverfahren erfolgen.
Verfahrensbedingt entsteht durch die hohen Temperaturen und lange
Einwirkzeiten eine mehr oder minder starke Oxydschichtbildung beim
Schweißvorgang.
Um die geforderte Oberflächengüte für den Kontakt mit Bier und sonstigen
Getränken in der geforderten Güte zu erreichen, müssen die Fässer gebeizt,
elektrolytisch poliert oder zumindest die Oberflächen der Schweißnähte be
arbeitet werden.
Die Edelstahlbeizung wird mit einem Flußsäuregemisch durchgeführt und ist
deswegen unter Umweltgesichtspunkten problematisch und sehr aufwendig.
Über 98% der Faßoberfläche bleibt durch das Zusammenschweißen unbe
schädigt, so daß für die relativ kleinen Schweißnähte ein unverhältnismäßig
großer Beizaufwand betrieben werden muß.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Getränkebehälter zu schaffen, die
Schweißnähte beinhalten ohne die störenden Anlauffarben bzw. die
Oxydschichten. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Schweißung entfällt die teure
Nachbehandlung durch Beizen, Elektropolieren, Schleifen oder Bürsten.
Dieses Ziel wird dadurch, daß die Teile, des Getränkebehälters mit einem
Zentrieransatz in einer Vorrichtung, über den Zentrieransatz gegeneinander
dichtgeschoben und laserverschweißt sind.
Bei der heutigen Produktion wird nach dem Tiefziehen eine Beschneidung
des Randes vorgenommen, um diese Teile anschließend mit einer Rundnaht
zu einem Behälter zu verschweißen.
Würde man diese Rundnaht laserschweißen, so läßt sich zwar theoretisch
auch eine praktisch zunderfreie Schweißnaht erzeugen, aber in der Praxis
sind die für das Laserschweißen notwendigen kleinen Spalten von
max. 0,1 mm nicht so erreichbar.
Erfindungsgemäß wird eine einwandfreie Laserschweißung bei derartigen
Teilen dadurch erreicht, daß die beiden zu verschweißenden Teile in einer
Vorrichtung zum Laserrandbeschneiden aufgenommen werden und in dieser
Position auch anschließend nach dem dicht Zusammenschieben Laserver
schweißt werden.
Stellt man bei dem Laserschneiden den Schneidkopf unter einen Winkel bis
max. 60° an, so ergibt sich eine sehr vorteilhafte Zentrierfläche.
Nach dem heutigen Stand der Lasertechnik werden hierzu 2 Laserköpfe
eingesetzt. Zu dem Laserbeschneiden wird eine spezielle Optik verwendet,
und die Laserverschweißung findet unter optimaler Schweißnahtlage mit
einem Schutzgas statt.
Vorteilhaft können auch mehrteilige Behälter mit zylindrischem Mittelteil herge
stellt werden. Es ist ebenfalls denkbar, daß der Schnitt unter Einsatz von
Mikroplasma durchgeführt werden kann.
Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen in den
Zeichnungen erläutert.
Es zeigen

1. Runde zylindrische Behälter insbesondere 2-teilige Getränkebehälter aus tief
gezogenen Einzelteilen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile (1 und 2) des
Getränkebehälters in einer Vorrichtung (5) mit einem Zentrieransatz (15) laser
geschnitten, über den Zentrieransatz dicht gegeneinander geschoben und
laserverschweißt sind.
2. Runde zylindrische Behälter nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei dem Laserschneiden der Schneidkopf (3 und 4) unter einem Winkel bis
max. 60° eingestellbar sind.
3. Runde zylindrische Behälter nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mit zylindrischem Mittelteil (11) auch mehrteilige Behälter der gleichen Form
herstellbar sind.
4. Runde zylindrische Behälter nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Lasergeschneiden und Laserschweißen 2 Laserköpfe (3/4 und 8)
verwendbar sind.
5. Runde zylindrische Behälter nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schnitt und die Schweißung durch Mikroplasmatechnik durchgeführt
wird.
