Description

Dieser Nachteil tritt insbesondere dann ein, wenn der Fettanteil im Teig hoch liegt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Auseinanderlaufen des Teigs in der Backform zu verhindern und das Backgut beim Aufgehen zu zwingen, sich der lorm nach oben anzupassen. Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich die Backform im wesentlichen durch eine auf ein Backblech aufgesetzte Haube, deren Seitenwandungen das geformte Backgut umsehließen.The invention relates to a baking pan for stollen or the like.
