Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dämmplatte zum nachträglichen Befestigen auf vorhandene Wände, insbesondere zur Schall­ dämmung von Gebäudeinnenwänden.
Vor allem bei Trennwänden in Räumen von Häusern ist oft­ mals die Schalldämmung nicht ausreichend. Um diese zu verbessern, ist es bekannt, auf vorhandene Wände Schaum­ stoffmaterial aufzubringen und dieses außenseitig durch eine Gipsbauplatte abzudecken. Die Montage einer solchen nachträglichen Schalldämmung ist jedoch relativ aufwendig und erfordert sachkundige Arbeitskräfte.
Es sind durch die DE-A-42 06 205 auch schon Dampfsperr­ bahnen bekannt, bei denen ein Polyethylenschaum auf einer Dampfsperrfolie aufkaschiert ist und welche bei der Mon­ tage mit der Polyethylenschaumseite mittels eines Heiß­ klebers gegen eine Fläche geklebt wird. Dieses Ankleben mittels Heißklebers kann ebenfalls nicht von Laien ausge­ führt werden und führt dazu, daß Lösungsmittel freige­ setzt werden, welche in nicht ausreichend belüfteten In­ nenräumen zu einer Belästigung oder sogar Gesundheitsge­ fährdung der Verarbeiter führen können.
Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Dämmplatte der eingangs genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß sie mit möglichst geringem Aufwand auch von Laien auf vorhandene Wände befestigt werden kann, ohne daß dabei eine Beein­ trächtigung der Umgebung durch Lösungsmittel auftritt.
Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Dämmplatte aus einer ihre Außenseite bildenden, star­ ren Bauplatte, einer dagegen geklebten Polyethylenschaum­ schicht und einer auf der der Bauplatte abgewandten Seite gegen die Polyethylenschaumschicht geklebten wasserauf­ nehmenden Vliesschicht besteht.
Eine solche Dämmplatte kann mit üblichen Kaltklebern ge­ gen eine Wand geklebt werden, da die wasseraufnehmende Vliesschicht für eine gute Verbindung zwischen der Dämm­ platte und der Wand durch die Klebung sorgt. Deshalb kön­ nen solche Dämmplatten auch von Laien verlegt werden, was für die nachträgliche Schallisolation von Wänden von großer Bedeutung ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Möglich­ keit des Verklebens der erfindungsgemäßen Dämmplatte mit­ tels Kaltkleber liegt darin, daß diese keine Lösungsmit­ tel enthalten, welche eine Belastung für den Verarbeiter oder andere, sich im jeweiligen Raum aufhaltende Personen darstellen.
Besonders kostengünstig ist die Dämmplatte herzustellen, wenn die Bauplatte eine Gipsbauplatte ist.
Als wasseraufnehmende Vliesschicht ist ein Vlies aus Zel­ lulose am vorteilhaftesten.
Die Verbindung zwischen der Polyethylenschaumschicht und der Bauplatte sowie der Vliesschicht und der Polyethylen­ schaumschicht besteht vorteilhafterweise aus einer Heißkleberschicht.
Zur weiteren Verdeutlichung der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung ein Schnitt durch eine Dämmplatte nach der Er­ findung dargestellt. Diese hat eine Bauplatte 1, bei der es sich um eine Gipsbauplatte handelt, wie sie beispiels­ weise unter dem Warenzeichen Rigips allgemein bekannt ist. Auf dieser Bauplatte 1 ist eine Polyethylenschaum­ schicht 2 mittels einer Heißkleberschicht 3 geklebt. Auf der der Bauplatte 1 abgewandten Seite der Dämmplatte ist mit einer weiteren Heißkleberschicht 4 eine Vliesschicht 5 aus einem wasseraufnehmenden Material, vorzugsweise Zellulose, geklebt. Als Kleber hat sich bei Wänden mit Putz ein unter dem Namen HLS55 der Firma Helmitin bekann­ ter und für Wände ohne Putz ein Kleber Helmithem FP be­ währt. Für die Kaschierung der Gipsbauplatte mit dem PE- Schaum und des PE-Schaums mit dem Vlies ist Schmelzkleber Helmithem 42112 vorteilhaft.

Claims (4)

1. Dämmplatte zum nachträglichen Befestigen auf vorhan­ dene Wände, insbesondere zur Schalldämmung von Gebäudein­ nenwänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämmplatte aus einer ihre Außenseite bildenden, starren Bauplatte (1), einer dagegen geklebten Polyethylenschaumschicht (2) und einer auf der der Bauplatte (1) abgewandten Seite gegen die Polyethylenschaumschicht (2) geklebten wasseraufneh­ menden Vliesschicht (5) besteht.
2. Dämmplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bauplatte (1) eine Gipsbauplatte ist.
3. Dämmplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die Vliesschicht (5) aus Zellulose be­ steht.
4. Dämmplatte nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden An­ sprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwi­ schen der Polyethylenschaumschicht (2) und der Bauplatte (1) sowie der Vliesschicht (5) und der Polyethylenschaum­ schicht (2) aus einer Heißkleberschicht (3, 4) besteht.
