Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulation board for subsequent Attach to existing walls, especially for sound Insulation of building interior walls.
Especially with partitions in rooms of houses is often sound insulation is insufficient. To this too improve, it is known to foam on existing walls apply material and this on the outside to cover a plasterboard. The assembly of such Subsequent sound insulation is relatively complex and requires skilled workers.
Due to DE-A-42 06 205 there are also vapor barriers known webs in which a polyethylene foam on a Vapor barrier film is laminated and which at Mon days with the polyethylene foam side using a hot glue is glued against a surface. This sticking Using hot glue can also not be done by laypeople leads and causes solvent to liberate which are placed in insufficiently ventilated areas to harassment or even health issues can put processors at risk.
The invention is based on the problem of an insulation board of the type mentioned so that they with as little effort as possible, even from amateurs to existing ones Walls can be attached without a leg the environment is affected by solvents.
This problem is solved according to the invention in that the insulation board from a star forming its outside ren building board, a glued polyethylene foam against it layer and one on the side facing away from the building board water glued against the polyethylene foam layer taking nonwoven layer.
Such an insulation board can be used with conventional cold adhesives against a wall because the water absorbing Fleece layer for a good connection between the insulation plate and the wall through the adhesive. Therefore, such insulation boards can also be laid by laypeople what for the subsequent sound insulation of walls by is of great importance. Another advantage of the possibility speed of gluing the insulation board according to the invention with cold adhesive is that this is no solvent tel contain, which is a burden for the processor or other people in the room represent.
The insulation board is particularly cost-effective to manufacture, if the building board is a gypsum building board.
A nonwoven made of Zel is used as the water-absorbing nonwoven layer lulose most advantageous.
The connection between the polyethylene foam layer and the building board as well as the fleece layer and the polyethylene Foam layer advantageously consists of a Hot glue layer.
To further illustrate the invention, a section through an insulation panel according to the invention is shown in the drawing. This has a building board 1 , which is a gypsum building board, as is well known, for example, under the trademark Rigips. On this building board 1 , a polyethylene foam layer 2 is glued by means of a hot glue layer 3 . On the side of the insulation board facing away from the building board 1, a non-woven layer 5 made of a water-absorbing material, preferably cellulose, is glued with a further hot-melt layer 4 . For walls with plaster, an adhesive known under the name HLS55 from Helmitin has proven to be an adhesive, and for walls without plaster, a Helmithem FP adhesive has proven itself. For the lamination of the plasterboard with the PE foam and the PE foam with the fleece, hot melt adhesive Helmithem 42112 is advantageous.
