Description

  • Zwirn Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Zwirn für feinfädige und leicht te Gewebe.

    Trotz der Feinfädigkeit soll das leichte Gewebe äußerst reißfest
    sein und gute Trageigensohaften aufweisen, insbesondere soll es knitterbeständig sein.
  • Ein Gewebe mit diesen Eigenschaften läßt sich herstellen, wenn dazu ein Heftzwirn gemäß der Neuerung verwendet wird. Dieser Zwirn ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nicht hinreichend kettstarker Einfach- oder Mehrfachfaden mit einem vollsynthetischem Faden, insbesondere Polyamidfadon, gezwirnt ist. Der Polyamidfaden soll eine Stärke von höchstens 45 den. aufweisen. Im allgemeinen sollte er nicht feiner als 3o den. sein.
  • Der nicht hinreichend kettstarke Faden kann mit besonderem Vorteil aus reiner Wolle bestehen. Gegebenenfalls können der Wolle andere Fasern beigemischt sein so z. B. auch Polyesterfasern.
  • Ein Zwirn gemäß der Neuerung kann ohne weiteres als Kettfaden eingesetzt werden, und er ist trotz seiner Feinheit so reißstark, daß selbst bei dichtem ausweben keine anomale hoher Anzahl von Fadenbrüchen entsteht.
    Es ist möglich, den Zwirn aus gleichfarbigen Bestandteilen zu-
    sammenzusetzen. Hin solcher Zwirn wird zur Herstellung von Uni-
    geweben benutzt. Um einen Lloulineeffekt zu erzeugen, °ffieFer
    Folyamidfaden und der nicht kettstarke Faden des Zwirns im Farb-

    ton von einander abweichen.

    Das beigefügte Lustsr besteht aus 4-5 olle und 55 Polyester-
    faser, die mit einem Polyamidfaden von 30 dtn. verstärkt sind.
  • Die Zwirndrehung beträgt 840 S.

Claims (3)

  1. Schutzansprüche
    1. Zwirn für feinfädige und leichte Gewebe für Oberbekleidung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nicht hinreichend kettstarker Einfach-oder Mehrfachfaden mit einem vollsynthetischen Faden, insbesondere Polyamidfaden von höchstens 45 den gezwirnt ist.
  2. 2. Zwirn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nicht hinreichend kettstarke Faden aus reiner Wolle, gegebenenfalls mit anderen Fasern, beispielsweise Polyesterfasern, gemischt, besteht.
  3. 3. Zwirn nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung eines Moulineeffekts der Polyamidfaden und der nicht kettstarke Faden im Farbton voneinander abweichen.
