  • sowie Naturseide oder auch schmale Metall-oder Kunststoffbändchen) angezwirnt sein können.
  • Die genannten Doppelgewebe wurden bisher aus natürlichen oder aus Fasern auf Basis von Cellulose bzw. Cellulosederivaten hergestellt. Die bisher bekannten Doppelgewebe erfüllen jedoch nicht alle an sie gestellten Anforderungen.
  • So zeigen sie vor allen Dingen eine geringe Reißfestigkeit, mangelhafte Scheuerbeständigkeit und schlechte Formbeständigkeit.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, dass Doppelgewebe, bei denen Schuß und Kette aus Garnen, Fäden oder Zwirnen, die ganz oder zum Teil aus aromatischen Polyestern, insbesondere aus Polyäthylenterephthalat bestehen, die genannten Nachteile nicht aufweisen.
  • Die neuerungsgemässen Doppelgewebe für Bekleidungszwecke können neben Stapelfasergarnen aus aromatischen Polyestern noch natürliche Fasern, wie Wolle, Bamwolle, Schappeseide, Zellwolle (Acetat-, Kupfer-, ViskosBzellwolle) enthalten.
  • Ausserdem können die Doppelgewebe für Bekleidungszwecke neben Polyester-Fasern auch noch andere synthetische Fasern, z. B. aus Polyacrylnitril, Polyvinylalkohol oder Niederdruckpolyolefinen enthalten. Bevorzugt werden Doppelgewebe, die einen überwiegenden Anteil an Fasern oder Fäden aus Polyäthylenterephthalat enthalten.
  • Die neuerungsgemässen Bekleidungsdoppelgewebe zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Reißfestigkeit sowie eine gute Scheuerfestigkeit und besonders durch eine hervorragende Formbeständigkeit aus. Die in den neuerungsgemässen Bekleidungsdoppelgeweben enthaltenen Polyesterfasern können sowohl matt als auch glänzend sein und können einen runden oder auch einen von der Kreisform abweichenden Querschnitt aufweisen (sternförmig, gelappt oder einen anderen profilierten Querschnitt ). Ausserdem ist es ferner vorteilhaft, wenn die Fäden und Fasern aus aromatischen Polyestern ganz oder teilweise hohl sind.
  • In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist das neuerungsgemässe Doppelgewebe ersichtlich, wobei a, b, c, d die Oberkette und a', b', c', d'die Unterkette und e, f, g, h den 1.2. 3. und 4. Schuß bedeutet.

Claims (3)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1) Doppelgewebe für Bekleidungszwecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kettsund/oder Schuss des Gewebes ganz oder zum Teil aus Stapelfasergarnen oder Fäden aus aromatischen Polyestern bestehen.
  2. 2) Doppelgewebe für Behleidungszwecke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kette und/oder Schuss zum Teil aus Fäden oder Garnen aus Naturfasern oder Kunstfasern auf Cellulosebasis bestehen.
  3. 3) Doppelgewebe für Bekleidungszwecke nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterfasern einen von der Kreisform abweichenden Querschnitt aufweisen. 4) Doppelgewebe für Bekleidingszwecke nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polyesterfasern oder Fäden hohl sind.
