Der vorliegenden Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Schutzeinrichtung
zu schaffen, welche das Abscheuern dieser Schuhe, insbesondere der Damenhalbschuhe,

Die Schutzvorrichtung besteht darin daß sie zur Umfassung des Schaftrückens
eines Halbschuhes ausgebildet ist und an ihrer oberen Kante Mittel zum Einhängen
in den Schaftrand oder zum Befestigen aufweist. Die Hülle kann aus flexiblem Material
oder aus steifen oder halbsteifem Material bestehen. Geeignetes Material sind Kunststoff,
wie Polyäthylen, Polyvinylchlorid, Polystyrol und dergleichen. Der Mantel kann an
seinem unteren Ende einen für den Durchtritt des Schaftes bestimmten Schacht aufweisen,
er kann aber auch an seinem unteren Ende Mittel zum Angriff von Bändern, zweckmässig
elastischen Bändern, tragen.

der Damenhalbschuh 1 ist an seinem Schaftrücken durch einen Mantel
2 umfaßt, der oben am Schaftrand 3 abschliesst und Haken aus biegbarem Material
4 trägt, die, zufolge Umbiegen, den Mantel 2 in der gegebenen Lage halten. Der Mantel
2 umfasst den Rücken und die in diesen einmündenden Seitenteile des Schaftes. Er
erstreckt sich über die Einmündung des Ab-
satzes 5 in den Schaft nach unten und ist im unteren Bereich
mit Befestigungsmitteln 6 versehen, an denen ein Band 7, zweckmässig elastisches
Band, angreift. Durch dieses Band 7 wird der Mantel im Absatzbereich festgehalten
und überhaupt an den Schaft des Schuhes angelegt. Das Band 7 kann natürlich auch
mit dem Mantel 2 organisch verbunden sein, so daß dieser von unten nach oben über
