Die Neuerung betrifft ein mit Handgriff versehenes Gerät zum
Bearbeiten von Flächen, insbesondere zum Reinigen und Polieren
von Herdplatten, und zeichnet sich vor den bekannten Geräten dieser Art insbesondere
dadurch aus, dass es bequem zu greifen und bei verhältnismässig geringer Anstrengung
einen starken Anpreßdruck hervorzurufen gestattet, wobei die Hand, insbesondere
die Finger, stets zuverlässig gegen Beschmutzung oder sonstige Schädigung, z. B.
Verbrennen, geschützt sind. Das wird neuerungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass der Handgriff
Büschelartig ausgebildet ist, derart, dass Fingervorderteile in das Innere des Griffes
hineingreifen, während sich die Hand-Innenfläche und der Daumen nassen am oder neben
dem Handgriff abstützen. Besonders zweckmässig ist es, wie in Weiterentwicklung
des Neuerungsgedankens vorgeschlagen wird, den Muschelgriff derart auszubilden,
dass eine Ballenaoflage aof der Fläche hinter dem Muschelgriff und zweckmässig eine
Daumenauflage seitlich am Muschelgriff erfolgt. Dabei kann die im wesentlichen rechteckige
Oeffnung des Griffes unter einem Winkel, z. B. von etwa 30 bis 400, zur Querkante
des Geräts (in Richtung der Bearbeitungsbewegung) angeordnet sein. Schliesslich
wird noch neuerungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, denn der Mu. schelgriff an einer rechteckigen
Platte mit angeformtem flachen Rand zur Aufnahme einer Filzplatte eitzt, um welche
das auswechselbare Bearbeitungsmittel, z. B. ein Sohmirgelbogen oder Polierlappen,
zu legen ist.

gemäss der Neuerung, während
