Die Erfindung betrifft ein in die Bohrung einer Unterlage einklebbares Befestigungselement mit einer
Klebefuge für den Klebstoff. is
Aus der US-PS 32 04 416 ist ein Gebirgsdübel bekannt, der durch Einspritzen von Zementmilch in
lockeren Fels- oder Gesteinsmassen verankert werden kann. Ein konischer Spreizkörper sowie damit zusammenwirkende
Spreizschalen dienen zur Halterung des Dübels bis zum Aushärten der Zementmilch sowie auch
als zusätzliche Verankerung.
Weiterhin gehen aus der DE-AS 10 23 545 und der US-PS 31 17 696 Vorrichtungen zur Herstellung von
Mehrkomponentenklebern hervor, die eine Mischkammer für die Kleberkomponenten enthalten; aus dieser
Mischkammer wird das Mischprodukt, also der fertige, aushärtbare Kleber, auf ein Werkstück aufgebracht. Die
eigentliche Aufbringung wird nicht näher erläutert.
Weiterhin ist aus der DE-PS 11 46 830 ein Verfahren zur Befestigung von Ankerstangen in ihren Bohrlöchern
bekannt, wie es beim Grubenausbau eingesetzt wird; dabei müssen die für den fortlaufenden Betrieb
benötigten Grubenräume abgesichert und offen gehalten werden. Bei relativ festem Gebirge wird dabei oft
der sog. »Ankerausbau« verwendet; dabei wird, dem Prinzip des Nagels entsprechend, eine Stahlstange von 1
bis 3 m Länge in ein Bohrloch eingesetzt und im Bohrlochtiefsten befestigt. Dazu kann beispielsweise
das vordere Ende des Ankers mittels einer daran befestigten Hülse im Bohrlochtiefsten verkeilt werden.
Diese Haftung des Spreizkopfes läßt sich nun dadurch verbessern, daß mittels der Ankerstange eine mit einem
flüssigen Kunstharz gefüllte Patrone im Bohrlochtiefsten zerdrückt wird, so daß die Kunstharzmischung den
Zwischenraum zwischen dem Spreizkopf und der Bohrlochwandung ausfüllt und eine zusätzliche Klebewirkung
erreicht wird. Bei diesem Verfahren können auch Mehrkomponentenkleber verwendet werden,
wobei die beiden Komponenten in voneinander getrennten Abteilen der Patrone in das Bohrlochtiefste
eingebracht und dort nach Zerstörung der Patrone durch Drehen der Ankerstange gemischt werden.
Dabei ist jedoch die Herstellung der die Kleberkomponenten enthaltenden Patronen sehr aufwendig und
deshalb kostspielig, so daß dieses Verfahren nur bei größeren Klebestellen eingesetzt werden kann, wie sie
beispielsweise bei der Befestigung von Ankerstangen in Bohrlöchern vorhanden sind. Außerdem läßt sich dieses
bekannte Verfahren nur bei Bohrlöchern verwenden, da die Wechselwirkung zwischen der Oberfläche der
Ankerstange und der Innenwand des Bohrloches für die Vermischung der beiden Komponenten unbedingt
erforderlich ist. Selbst dann erfolgt jedoch die Vermischung der Kleberkomponenten relativ unkontrolliert,
da eine gleichmäßige Vermischung u. a. auch von der Innenwand des Bohrlochs abhängt, so daß
beispielsweise beim Auftreten von größeren Hohlräumen nur eine sehr geringe und damit nicht ausreichende
Vermischung stattfindet.
Ein einklebbares Befestigungselement der angegebenen Gattung geht schließlich noch aus der US-PS
20 92 341 hervor. Dabei wird das Befestigungselement, nämlich eine Kupferplatte mit flanschartigen Randbereichen,
dadurch auf eine Unterlage befestigt, daß eine in das Befestigungselement eingesetzte Klebstoffkapsel
mittels eines Verschlußelementes zerdrückt wird, so daß der Klebstoff über Löcher in Verbindung mit der
Oberfläche der Unterlage kommen und dadurch das Befestigungselement fest mit der Unterlage verbinden
kann.
Bei kleinflächigen Verklebungen von Befestigungselementen treten jedoch oft Schwierigkeiten in bezug
auf ihre Festigkeit, Beständigkeit sowie einfache Herstellung auf. Solchen kleinflächigen Verklebungen kommt
jedoch eine erhebliche Bedeutung zu, da sie in großem Umfang im Bauwesen eingesetzt werden, wo für
verschiedene Installationen eine Vielzahl von Befestigungen benötigt wird, deren herkömmliche Herstellungsart
oft unzweckmäßig und zu teuer ist. Außerdem können auch Reihenbefestigungen, beispielsweise im
Apparatebau, die bisher durch Schrauben bzw. Nieten erfolgten, durch Kleben, gegebenenfalls in Fließbandarbeit,
rationeller hergestellt werden.
Um auf den erwähnten Gebieten eingesetzt zu werden, müssen die hergestellten Verbindungen jedoch
verschiedene Anforderungen erfüllen. Zunächst wird im allgemeinen eine hohe Anfangshaftung verlangt, damit
die Befestigungselemente auch unmittelbar nach dem Zusammenfügen der Klebefläche zumindest ihr Eigengewicht
tragen können und keine zusätzliche Halterung erforderlich ist. Außerdem muß die Aushärtung des
Klebstoffes sehr rasch erfolgen, damit bereits kurz nach der Anbringung die weitere Montage oder sonstige
Arbeiten möglich sind. Schließlich sollte die Montage möglichst einfach sein und keinerlei besondere Geschicklichkeit
erfordern, damit sie auch von ungelernten Arbeitskräften durchgeführt werden kann.
Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein einklebbares Befestigungselement der angegebenen
Gattung zu schaffen, das die für die rationelle, rasche Verarbeitung erforderliche hohe Anfangshaftung aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine an die Klebefuge angeschlossene, lösbar mit dem Befestigungselement
verbundene Mischkammer für einen Mehrkomponentenkleber gelöst.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile beruhen insbesondere auf der Verwendung eines Mehrkomponentenklebers
für die Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen Befestigungselement und Unterlage, so daß
nun ohne jede Beschränkung alle üblichen Kleber auch für die Anbringung der Befestigungselemente eingesetzt
werden können.
Dabei muß jedoch der Mehrkomponentenkleber nicht mehr getrennt von dem eigentlichen Befestigungselement
angefertigt werden, wozu Mehrkomponentenkleber mit teilweise extrem langen Topfzeiten benötigt
wurden, sondern der Mehrkomponentenkleber wird auf übliche Weise in einer Mischkammer hergestellt, die an
die Klebefuge angeschlossen und lösbar mit dem Befestigungselement verbunden werden kann. Der
Mehrkomponentenkleber wird also aus der Mischkammer direkt in die Klebefuge eingeführt, so daß nur ein
sehr einfacher Montageschritt erforderlich ist, der auch von ungelernten Arbeitskräften ohne Schwierigkeiten
durchgeführt werden kann. Dadurch lassen sich also Mehrkomponentenkleber mit sehr kurzer Topfzeit
einsetzen, die wiederum ohne Schwierigkeiten die gewünschte hohe Anfangshaftung und damit erst die
Voraussetzung für die angestrebte, schnelle Aushärtung des Klebers schaffen, und zwar jeweils vom Zeitpunkt
des Mischens bzw. des Einbringens des Mehrkomponentenklebers in die Klebefuge an gerechnet.
Bei der praktischen Durchführung der Klebebefestigung werden die Kleberkomponenten aus verschiede- ι ο
nen Kartuschen mit deformierbarer, insbesondere elastischer Kartuschenhülse über getrennte Kanäle im
erforderlichen Verhältnis der Mischkammer zugeführt, von der aus der gemischte Mehrkomponentenkleber
dann in die Klebefuge eintritt.
Die verwendbaren Befestigungselemente, wie beispielsweise Schellen, Dübel, Haken oder ähnliche
Elemente sind so ausgebildet, daß sie mindestens eine, mit der unterlagenseitigen Kleberaufnahme in Verbindung
stehende Injektionsöffnung für die Einführung des aus der Mischkammer austretenden Mehrkomponentenklebers
aufweisen.
Wesentlich ist also, daß die durch die extrem kurzen Reaktionszeiten von Mehrkomponentenklebern hervorgerufene,
zugunsten einer hohen Anfangshaftung jedoch unvermeidbare kritische Phase, nämlich der
Zeitraum unmittelbar nach der Aufbereitung des Mehrkomponentenklebers, an eine Stelle verlegt wird,
an der das sonst nachteilige Aushärten der Mischung zur Erzielung des gewünschten Effektes, nämlich der
Herstellung der Kleoeverbindung, ausgenutzt wird. Damit ist die apparative Beherrschung auch extremer
Einstellungen von Klebstoffen auf Mehrkomponentenbasis möglich.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles unter Bezugnahme auf die
Zeichnung näher erläutert, deren einzige Figur einen Schnitt durch eine Mischkammer, ein Befestigungselement
und eine Unterlage zeigt.
In ein Bohrloch 64 einer angedeuteten Unterlage wird ein Gewindedübel 61 mit einer Axialbohrung 62 und
einer Abschlußrondelle 63 eingeführt. An das obere Ende des Gewindedübels 61 ist lösbar ein Mischelement
65 angebracht, das wiederum mit einem Vorratsbehälter
66 für einen Mehrkomponentenkleber verbunden ist.

Die Komponenten des Mehrkomponentenklebers
gelangen von dem Vorratsbehälter 66 in das Mischelement 65, wo sie zu dem fertigen, aushärtbaren Kleber
durchgemischt werden.
Von dem Mischelement 65 fließt der fertige Mehrkomponentenkleber durch die Axialbohrung 62
des Gewindedübels 61 nach unten in das Bohrloch und tritt aus den Austrittsöffnungen 67, die sich am unteren
Ende des Gewindedübels 61 befinden, in die Klebefuge ein, also den Spalt zwischen dem Gewindedübel 61 und
der Innenwand des Bohrlochs 64.
Nach dem Einspritzen des Mehrkomponentenklebers können das Mischelement 65 und der Vorratsbehälter
66 abgenommen und für das Verkleben des nächsten Befestigungselementes verwendet werden.

Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:In die Bohrung einer Unterlage einklebbares Befestigungselement mit einer Klebefuge für den Klebstoff gekennzeichnet durch eine an die Klebefuge (64) angeschlossene, lösbar mit dem Befestigungselement (61) verbundene Mischkammer (65) für einen Mehrkomponentenkleber.
