Description

  • Transport- und Stapelplatte Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transport- und Stapelpalette für aufrecht stehende Fässer.
  • Für den Transport und die Stapelung sind bisher bei Fässern, wenn überhaupt, vorwiegend Vorrichtungen verwendet worden, die sie in liegender Anordnung aufnehmen. Sie wie auch Platten oder Paletten für aufrecht stehende Fässer, die bei bestmöglicher Raumausnutzung einen Grad von Standfestigkeit und damit Sicherheit ermöglichen wie die Erfindung, sind bisher nicht bekanntgeworden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Fässern beim Transport und bei der Stapelung unter größtmöglicher Raumausnutzung einen festen Halt zu geben. Sie wird dadurch gelöst, daß in der Palettenoberfläche Vertiefungen solcher Verteilung und Tiefe angeordnet werden, daß sich die Wulstreifen des jeweils mittleren Fasses mit den Wulstreifen der umgebenden Fässer verzahnen.
  • Von der Aufnahme und dem Transport auf dem Gabelstapler über den Transport von anderen Fahrzeugen bis zur Stapelung ist durch wesentlich verbesserte Standfestigkeit die Sicherheit gegen Verrutschen und Unfälle größer als bisher. Dadurch wird auch eine bessere Raumausnutzung bei der Stapelung und Lagerung ermöglicht. Die Palette eignet sich besonders für tonnenförmige Fässer mit glatter Außenhaut, die eine geringe Eigenstandsfestigkeit haben, vor allem für die Alu-Fässer der Brauindustrie.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt. Die durch geringes Gewicht und hohe Standfestigkeit ausgezeichnete Ausführungsform der Transport- und Stapelpalette besteht aus einem rechteckigen Stahlblechboden mit abgerundeten Ecken, in den vorzugsweise fünf tellerartige Vertiefungen eingelassen sind. Die Vertiefung für das mittlere Faß ist, um die Verzahnung mit den Wulst- reifen der benachbarten äußeren Fässer zu erreichen, entsprechend größer. Der Palettenboden ist über je drei V-förmige Stützen mit zwei Trägerleisten verbunden, um mit besserer Haftfähigkeit auf den äußeren Fässern der unteren Palette aufzuliegen. Die Höhe der Stützen ist so bemessen, daß das Untergreifen der Palette mit den Gabelschenkeln eines Hubstaplers möglich ist. Die Unterseite der tellerartigen Vertiefungen sind zur erhöhten Stabilisierung mit der Vertiefung für die mittleren Fässer durch angeschweißte Verstrebungen verbunden.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch: Transport- und Stapelpalette für aufrecht stehende Fässer mit Wulstreifen, d a durch g e -kennzeichnet, daß in der Palettenoberfläche Vertiefungen solcher Verteilung und Tiefe angeordnet sind, daß sich die Wulstreifen des jeweils mittleren Fasses mit den Wulstreifen der umgebenden Fässer verzahnen.
