The invention relates to a method for the production of textile materials provided with a closed rough blanket, in particular outer clothing materials, in which fibers are connected to a base web. Textiles of this type with a rough blanket are velvet, duvet, velor, fleece or the like. Up to now, they have been produced mainly by the weaving process, and to a lesser extent by knitting. When weaving these textile fabrics, bonds with weft floats, such as weft atlas or reinforced weft atlas, are used in particular. It is true that these weaves form a surface that is favorable for roughening; In order for it to be as tight and closed as possible, however, extraordinarily high weft densities of 500 to 600 threads / dm are required, which greatly reduce the productivity of the loom and make the manufacture of these products more expensive. The same applies in principle to the knitting machine.

Now it is already known to use layers of straw, hair or the like with a woven or knitted fabric to connect and to use the product thus obtained as lining, for decorative purposes and the like. Fibers in two layers have also become known for the production of artificial grass to be placed on a fabric and sewn over in the longitudinal and transverse directions. However, this did not result in any new teaching reveals to produce outerwear fabrics with rough blanket like those of the aforementioned type.

Finally, a method has already been proposed to produce fior-like products such as corduroy and the like, to be produced by laying yarns or nonwovens on a base material transversely to the longitudinal direction, connected to the basic fabric by parallel longitudinal seams and the resulting hoses cut open and then finished in a known manner velvety.

Cord velvet-like ribs are created in this way, so that this process is not yet a new one Doctrine for the production of textile materials that are provided with a closed rough cover.

The invention is based on the object of a more economical process for the production of To create textiles with rough cover using layers of thread or fleeces.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that fibers of yarns, rovings, rovings or fleeces transversely or approximately transversely to the direction of movement of the goods on one or both sides of a base fabric to form a dense thread or fiber layer, by parallel processes for production along the direction of movement of with a

Fende thread, adhesive or welded seams connected to the basic goods and then in a familiar They can be equipped with a closed rough blanket by roughening and shearing.

Die Grundware kann eine Gewebe-, Gewirke- oder Schaumstoffbahn sein. The base material can be a woven, knitted or foam web.

The seams can be sewn with known multi-needle sewing machines or other known methods Manufacture of seams, e.g. B. be made by gluing, welding, etc.

In the drawing, the product produced by the method according to the invention is in section shown.

Yarns, roving yarns, slivers or nonwovens 2 are preferably applied across the base material 1 The longitudinal direction of the basic product 1 is laid. The bond between the base material 1 and the later rough ceiling forming yarns or rovings, rovings or nonwovens 2 is in the present case through Longitudinal seams 3 achieved. These longitudinal seams can in particular by sewing, for example on multi-needle machines, can be obtained. To achieve a particularly tight seam is depending on the used Sewing thread material the fabric produced a special purpose-appropriate finishing process to subjugate. The formation of seams by gluing, sewing and gluing or welding is also known Way possible. The goods produced in this way are then subjected to corresponding finishing processes, especially subjected to roughening and shearing.

Bei Verwendung vonIn order to achieve fashionable effects, it is also possible to produce textiles that have not been roughened. Hierzu 1 Blatt Patentansprüche:Rovings and slivers or nonwovens have a decisive advantage in that the need for fine spinning capacity is noticeably reduced or spinning capacity is only required up to the card. According to the previous methods, only fine yarns are used to produce the articles or groups of articles mentioned, which require a greater number of rough passages to achieve a uniform fiber pile cover than is the case with low-twisted or untwisted rovings and rovings solidified by washable adhesives or with fiber fleeces is. The method according to the invention also offers the advantage of turning off the cross and weft bobbins and working directly from large-format process bodies. The production outputs that can be achieved with the method according to the invention are many times that of the classic methods. Also in the case of the classic method, e.g. B. rough products produced by weaving, the strength greatly reduced by the roughing. In contrast to this, in the case of rough hard articles which are produced according to the method according to the invention, the roughing does not damage the basic material which determines the strength.
