Description
- Haut- und Haarpflegemittel Die Verwendung von Aminosäuren, Keratinhydrolysaten und Proteinen anderer Herkunft zur Bereitung von kosmetischen Präparaten ist seit längerer Zeit bekannt. Ihre günstige Wirkung auf die Haut- und Haarbeschaffenheit ist bei äußerlicher Anwendung sehr gering, da sich die erwähnten Verbindungen zum Teil in Wasser und anderen Lösungsmitteln nur schlecht und in den in der Kosmetik gebräuchlichen Lipoiden fast gar nicht lösen. Dies trifft auch zu für acylierte Aminosäuren wie N-Acetyl-d,l-methionin, das in Kombination mit einem östrogenen Hormon zur Verhütung von Haarausfall eingesetzt worden ist.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man wesentlich bessere Ergebnisse erzielt, wenn man solche Derivate von Aminosäuren verwendet, die eine bessere Löslichkeit in den in der Kosmetik gebräuchlichen Rohstoffen, z. B. Fette, Öle, Wachse, Kohlenwasserstoffe und Alkohole, besitzen.
- Es sind dies Derivate von Aminosäuren, die durch Acylierung der Aminogruppe und Veresterung der Carboxylgruppe entstehen.
- Grundsätzlich sind die N-Acylaminosäureester von allen Aminosäuren zur Pflege der Haut und Haare geeignet. Auf Grund ihres physiologischen Charakters werden jedoch die Aminosäuren vorgezogen, welche Bestandteile der natürlichen Proteine sind. Es können sowohl die optisch aktiven N-Acylaminosäureester als auch deren Racemate verwendet werden. Die N-Acylaminosäureester sind an ihrem N-Atom noch zur Salzbildung fähig, und es können auch die entsprechenden anorganischen oder organischen Salze in dem Haut- und Haarpflegemittel zur Anwendung kommen. Zur Acylierung der Aminogruppe oder -gruppen werden ein- oder mehlbasische Carbonsäuren verwendet. Die Veresterung der Carboxylgruppe oder -gruppen erfolgt mit ein- oder mehrwertigen Alkoholen.
- Die beschriebenen N-Acylaminosäureester lassen sich in Form von Lösungen in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln oder in Wasser verwenden; es kommen aber auch Lösungsmittelgemische in Betracht. Die geeigneten organischen Lösungsmittel können auch mit Wasser verdünnt sein. Die beschriebenen N-Acylaminosäureester können aber auch geeigneten Ölen, Fetten oder Emulsionen zugesetzt werden oder auch als Zusätze zu pulverförmigen Stoffen dienen. Die beschriebenen Haut- und Haarpflegemittel können darüber hinaus Wirkstoffe zur Kräftigung der Haut, des Haarbodens und des Haarwuchses enthalten, wie z. B. Vitamine, Hormone, Antiseptika, Pflanzenauszüge Auf Grund ihrer günstigen Löslichkeitseigenschaften lassen sich die beschriebenen N-Acylaminosäureester besser in Haut- und Haarpflegemittel einarbeiten. Die beschriebenen Hautpflegemittel verbessern das Aussehen der Haut und machen sie geschmeidig. Die beschriebenen Haarpflegemittel kräftigen die Struktur der Haare.

- 2. Haut- und Haarpflegemittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die anorganischen oder organischen Salze der N-Acylaminosäureester enthält.3. Haut- und Haarpflegemittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen oder mehrere Zusätze von bekannten Haut- und Haarpflegemitteln wie Vitamine, Hormone, antiseptische Stoffe und Pflanzenauszüge enthält.In Betracht gezogene Druckschriften: »Der Chemiemarkt«, Nr. 7 (Aprilheft 1956), S. 1, einer Beilage zur Zeitschrift »Die Chemische Industriei, Aprilheft 1956.
