Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Innenraum-Verkleidungsteiles eines Fahrzeuges, an dem zumindest ein hinsichtlich der Dicke vergrößerter Auflagebereich vorgesehen wird, vorgeschlagen, wobei zuminindest zwei Halbzeuge zwischen Teile eines Spritzgusswerkzeuges gebracht werden, um zumindest ein Auflagekissen beim Spritzgießen in einem von dem Spritzgusswerkzeug gebildeten Hohlraum zu fixieren und wobei nach dem Zusammenfügen der Teile Schmelze in das Spritzgusswerkzeug eingespritzt wird. Ferner wird ein Verkleidungsteil, insbesondere für eine Tür eines Fahrzeuges, vorgeschlagen, welches mehrlagig aufgebaut ist, wobei zumindest ein vergrößerter Auflagebereich vorgesehen ist. Erfindungsgemäß kann zumindest ein Auflagekissen an einem vorbestimmten Bereich vorgesehen sein.
