Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behandlungs- und Transportbehälter (2) zur Reinigung, zur Sterilisation und zum Transport von kleinen Gegenständen, wie Teilen von Spritzen, Verschlussstopfen von Infusionsflaschen oder Vials für pharmazeutische Zwecke oder dergleichen, mit einem Unterteil (4), der einen in Richtung einer Behälterlängsachse (38) im Wesentlichen gleichbleibenden Innenquerschnitt aufweist, einem an einem Stirnende des Unterteils (4) angebrachten Bodenteil (6), der eine mit einem Absperrorgan (20) versehene verschließbare Öffnung (24) für ein Behandlungsmedium aufweist, sowie einem am entgegengesetzten Stirnende des Unterteils (4) angebrachten verjüngten Oberteil (8), der eine mit einem Absperrorgan (14) versehene verschließbare Befüll- und Entleeröffnung (12) aufweist, die in einer Befüllstellung des Behälters (2) nach oben und in einer Entleerstellung des Behälters (2) nach unten weist, wobei einander gegenüberliegende Wandabschnitte des Oberteils (8) unter einem Öffnungswinkel (alpha) von weniger als 90 DEG von der Befüll- und Entleeröffnung (12) weg divergieren. Um die Bauhöhe des Behälters bei gleichem Innenvolumen des Unterteils (4) zu verringern und ein Hängenbleiben von Gegenständen beim Entleeren des Behälters (2) zu verhindern, wird vorgeschlagen, die Befüll- und Entleeröffnung (12) in einem seitlichen Abstand von der Behälterlängsachse (38) anzuordnen.
