Abstract

Eine offene Patientenpflegeeinheit DOLLAR A a) mit einer Liegefläche (1), DOLLAR A b) mit parallel um die Liegefläche (1) zumindest abschnittsweise verlaufenden inneren und äußeren Luftaustrittskanälen (20, 30) und DOLLAR A c) mit mindestens einer oberhalb der Liegefläche (1) angeordneten Luftabsaugeeinheit (4), wobei DOLLAR A d) die Luftaustrittskanäle (20, 30) zusammenlaufend auf die Luftabsaugeeinheit (4) gerichtet sind und wobei DOLLAR A e) aus den inneren Luftaustrittskanälen (20) in Bezug auf Feuchte und/oder Temperatur klimatisierte, mittels eines ersten Ventilators (6) aus der Luftabsaugeeinheit (4) im Kreis geförderte Luft ausströmt und DOLLAR A f) aus den äußeren Luftaustrittskanälen (30) mittels eines zweiten Ventilators (8) geförderte Umgebungsluft ausströmt, DOLLAR A weist als wesentlichen Vorteil auf, dass keinerlei Haube wie bei Inkubatoren verwendet wird, so dass keine Umschaltung zwischen verschiedenen Betriebszuständen notwendig ist und somit eine Auskühlung des Patienten vermieden wird, gleichzeitig jedoch eine gute Zugänglichkeit durch das Pflegepersonal gegeben ist.
