Es hat sich gezeigt, daß durch ein derartiges indirektes Verstemmen der Gaslanze mit dem Gasaustrittsstutzen nicht nur eine ausreichende Verbindung zwischen diesen beiden Bauteilen bewirkt wird, die auch einer Zündung des Gasgenerators standhält, sondern daß außerdem das Material der Gaslanze weniger stark strapaziert wird. Die ersten und zweiten Abschnitte des Verbindungsmittels bilden zusätzlich einen Flammschutz für die Kontaktstelle.
