Description

Diese Aufgabe wird in produkttechnischer Hinsicht durch einen Transport-Behälter mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 sowie in verfahrenstechnischer Hinsicht durch ein Verfahren zum Austauschen eines Markisen-Tuchs mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 11 gelöst. Der Kern der Erfindung besteht darin, den Transport-Behälter mit dem Markisen-Tuch derart zu gestalten, dass er direkt für einen Austauschvorgang des Markisen-Tuchs an der Markise verwendbar ist. Dazu weist der Transport-Behälter eine Öffnung zum Ausführen des in dem Transport-Behälter gelagerten Markisen-Tuchs auf, wobei die Öffnung zur einfacheren Handhabung des Transport-Behälters in einem Grundzustand geöffnet oder zum Schutz des Markisen-Tuchs während des Transports verschlossen ist. In dem verschlossenen Zustand weist die Öffnung eine Öffnungs-Vorrichtung auf, mittels derer die Öffnung einfach und schnell zu öffnen ist, wie dies beispielsweise durch eine perforierte Aufreiß-Lasche erfüllt ist. Weiterhin umfasst der Transport-Behälter ein Sicherungsmittel zur gesicherten Anbringung des Transport-Behälters an einem Ausfallprofil der Markise. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, dass der Transport-Behälter, der zum Austauschen des Markisen-Tuchs auf Gelenkarmen der Markise abgelegt wird, an der Markise gesichert angebracht ist und somit ein Herabfallen des Transport-Behälters und/oder des Markisen-Tuchs während des Wechsels des Markisen-Tuchs vermieden wird. Das Ablegen des Transport-Behälters mit dem Markisen-Tuch auf der Markise erleichtert darüber hinaus den Austauschvorgang des Markisen-Tuchs, da einerseits eine gesicherte Ablage des Transport-Behälters auf der Markise gewährleistet ist und somit ein Halten des Transport-Behälters durch eine Person oder mittels einer zusätzlichen Haltevorrichtung nicht erforderlich ist. Andererseits ist der Transport-Behälter mit dem Markisen-Tuch direkt benachbart, nämlich zwischen den relevanten Komponenten der Markise, dem Ausfallprofil und einer Tuchwelle, angeordnet, sodass ein Anbringen eines zu montierenden Markisen-Tuchs an diesen Komponenten der Markise erleichtert ist.This object is achieved in terms of product technology by a transport container having the features of claim 1 and in terms of process engineering by a method for exchanging an awning cloth having the features of claim 11.
