Description
Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Schießpulvern und Treibsätzen Im Hauptpatent 1048 212 ist eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Schießpulvern und Treibsätzen beschrieben, bei dem in einer kombinierten, vollkommen abgeschlossenen Vorrichtung kontinuierlich Schießpulver und Treibsätze hergestellt werden. Diese Vorrichtung kann zur Herstellung von Treibsätzen sowohl auf Basis Nitrocellulose als auch auf Basis organischer Nitrokörper einschließlich der Zusätze verwendet werden. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Doppel- bzw. Mehrfachschnecke, die durch die Art ihrer Konstruktion eine Mischzone, eine Verdrängungszone, eine Knetzone und eine Austragszone besitzt. In die konisch sich erweiternde Austrittsöffnung des Kanals wird als Bremsorgan ein Keil bzw. Dorn eingeführt, so daß die Pulvermasse hierdurch noch mehr verdichtet wird und in Profilen abgenommen werden kann. Der Dorn ist mit einer Kühl- bzw. Heizvorrichtung versehen. Durch diese Vorrichtung ist es möglich, eine ausreichende Verdichtung zu erreichen, wobei durch Veränderung der Länge und/oder des Querschnitts des von den Pulvermassen zu durchlaufenden Kanals und durch die Dimensionierung des Dorns Abstimmungen vorgenommen werden können und somit auf die Eigenschaften einzelner Sorten bzw.
