Abstract
Está invención se relaciona con un método para obtener un jugo de cana de azúcar con propiedades mejoradas, donde el jugo exhibe una estabilidad particularmente excelente y es adecuado para la preparación de bebidas alimenticias para el consumo humano. La invención se caracteriza por lo menos un paso de filtración en bruto de cana de azúcar, derivado de una operación de compresión en seco.
