Abstract
1.- Un compuesto de fórmula (I) y sus sales, solvatos y ésteres hidrolizables farmacéuticamente aceptables:en la queX1 representa O o S;R1 y R2 son independientemente H, alquiloC1-3 o R1 y R2 que están unidos al mismo átomo de carbono pueden formar junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos un anillo cicloalquílico de 3 a 5 miembros;R3 y R4 representan independientemente H, halógeno, -CH3 y -OCH3;R5 representa H o alquiloC1-6;X2 representa NH, NCH3 u O;Uno entre Y y Z es N, y el otro es O o S;R6 representa fenilo o piridilo (en el que el N está en la posición 2 o 3) y está opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más halógeno, CF3, alquiloC1-6 lineal o ramificado (opcionalmente sustituido con halógeno), con la condición de que cuando R6 es piridilo, el N no está sustituido.15.- Ácido 2-metil-2-[4-{[(4-metil-5-[4-etilfenil]tiazol-2-ilcarboniI)amino]metil}fenoxi]propionico.
