Abstract

Un polipéptido modificado que tiene un nivel de actividadenzimática superior a 70% del polipéptido original y un nivel de respuesta alérgica inferior a 33% del polipéptido original.Un polipéptido modificado con alergenicidad reducida y alta actividad que comprenden la fórmula A-Bnen dondea) A es una enzimab) B es una mitad polimérica gemela con un peso molecular total de desde 0.5 KD hasta 40 KD, conjugada a la enzima proteolítica, que tiene la fórmulaen donde R1 y R2 son esencialmente polímeros de cadena recta, con un peso molecular que oscila entre 0.25 KD y 20 KD;en donde la relación de los pesos moleculares de R1 y R2 es desde 1:10 hasta 10:1; yen donde X es una mitad de enlace la cual enlaza la mitad polimérica gemela a un sitio individual en la enzima yc) n es desde 1 hasta 15.
