Abstract
RESUMEN La presente invención proporciona un compuesto que tiene una acción inhibidora de MAGL, y útil como un agente para la profilaxis o tratamiento de enfermedades neurodegenerativas (por ejemplo, enfermedad de Alzheimer, enfermedad de Parkinson, enfermedad de Huntington, esclerosis lateral amiotrófica, lesión cerebral traumática, glaucoma, esclerosis múltiple, etc.), trastorno de ansiedad, dolores (por ejemplo, dolor inflamatorio, dolor canceroso, dolor neurogénico, etc.), epilepsia, depresión y similares.
