Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种不锈钢复合底煲，尤其是一种高导热不锈钢复合底煲。
背景技术
现有的金属炊具产品主要有铝制煲和不锈钢煲，其中铝制煲由于对于人体健康有一定影响，且存在易变形的缺点，数量已越来越少，不锈钢煲具有外形美观、牢固耐用的优点，其应用十分普遍，但导热性能较差。目前的不锈钢复合底煲，其底面通常采用铝及单层不锈钢结构，且不锈钢的材质主要使用304不锈钢，耐蚀性能好，不易生锈，使用寿命长，但也存在着传热效率不高的确定，另外传统的复合底、钎焊底不锈钢煲产品在使用电磁炉的过程中存在噪声大的问题，从而难以满足快节奏生活的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、使用方便、加热效果好和噪音小的高导热不锈钢复合底煲。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种高导热不锈钢复合底煲，包括煲体、夹层和外底层，其特征在于：所述的煲体用304不锈钢材质一体成型，夹层为铝板，外底层由位于中间的430不锈钢层以及复合在430不锈钢层上下表面的304不锈钢层组成。
作为优选，所述的夹层底部和外底层之间嵌有传热铜层；所述的传热铜层厚度范围为0.1-0.5mm；所述的外底层中，上、下304不锈钢层的厚度均为0.1-0.14mm，430不锈钢层的厚度范围为0.34-0.38 mm；所述的夹层铝板厚度范围为4.5-5.5mm；所述的煲体厚度范围为0.6-1.0 mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为：设置了铝层并嵌入有传热铜层，能快速、有效的提升传热效率，采用多层式结构且各层具有相应的厚度范围，减轻了使用过程的噪音问题，并能控制合适的生产成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明：
实施例1：如图1所示，本实用新型提供的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，包括煲体1、夹层2和外底层3，其中煲体1用304不锈钢材质一体成型，夹层2为铝板，外底层3由位于中间的材料型号为0.8AL的430不锈钢层以及复合在430不锈钢层上下表面的304不锈钢层组成。在本实施例中，外底层3中上、下304不锈钢层厚度均为0.12mm，430不锈钢层厚度0.36mm，夹层2的铝板厚度5mm，煲体1厚度则为0.8mm。
实施例2：如图2所示，本实用新型提供的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，包括煲体1、夹层2和外底层3，其中煲体1用304不锈钢材质一体成型，夹层2为铝板，外底层3由位于中间的材料型号为0.8AL的430不锈钢层以及复合在430不锈钢层上下表面的304不锈钢层组成，在夹层2底部和外底层3之间嵌有传热铜层4。在本实施例中，传热铜层4厚度0.12mm，外底层3中上、下304不锈钢层厚度均为0.1mm，430不锈钢层厚度0.35mm，夹层2的铝板厚度4.8mm，煲体1厚度则为0.8mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，其特征在于：所述的夹层底部和外底层之间嵌有传热铜层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，其特征在于：所述的传热铜层厚度范围为0.1-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，其特征在于：所述的外底层中，上、下304不锈钢层的厚度均为0.1-0.14mm，430不锈钢层的厚度范围为0.34-0.38 mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，其特征在于：所述的夹层铝板厚度范围为4.5-5.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高导热不锈钢复合底煲，其特征在于：所述的煲体厚度范围为0.6-1.0 mm。
