本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种客车拖钩装置，关键在于所述客车拖钩装置包括开口销座、拖车杆及拖车钩支座，所述的开口销座开口部设有一对前销孔，其后部与拖车杆固定连接，所述的拖车杆上设有后销孔，所述的前销孔与后销孔的轴线成直角夹角，所述的拖车钩支座通过一后销轴套接在拖车杆上，后销轴放置在后销孔中，所述的拖车钩支座包括一套管及径向连接在套管外的连接盘。 
所述的拖车杆上设有后销孔设有两个。 
所述的套管与连接盘之间设有加强肋。 
所述的开口销座与拖车杆的连接处设有加强垫块。

如图1至图2所示，一种客车拖钩装置，其包括开口销座1、拖车杆11及拖车钩支座2，所述的开口销座的开口部设有一对前销孔，其后部与拖车杆固定连接，所述的拖车杆上设有后销孔，所述的前销孔与后销孔的轴线成直角夹角，所述的拖车钩支座通过一后销轴3套接在拖车杆11上，后销轴放置在后销孔中，所述的拖车钩支座包括一套管及径向连接在套管外的连接盘20。所述的拖车钩支座2可固定在客车前部，使用时可插入拖车杆11。所述的前销孔内设置有前销轴12。 
所述的拖车杆上设有后销孔设有两个。可根据不同的连接长度需求选择连接孔。 
所述的套管与连接盘之间设有加强肋21。加强肋21可提高拖车钩支座2的整体强度。 
所述的开口销座与拖车杆的连接处设有加强垫块10。加强垫块10可提高拖车杆与开口销座1连接强度。
