本实用新型涉及一种粘胶纤维纺丝机尼龙过桥齿轮润滑装置。
背景技术
目前，粘胶纤维纺丝机过桥齿轮材质为含油尼龙；供胶运行形式为齿轮轴孔与轴为转动摩擦。由于缺之润滑和现场湿、腐环境影响，含油尼龙过桥齿轮不能发挥其润滑作用。由于运转干磨，轴孔在短期内即磨损增大，部分的过桥齿轮轴颈也出现不同程度磨损。使轴与孔配合进一步增大，严重时，这种现象会引起过桥齿轮转动时跳动而出现供胶不稳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型其目的就在于提供一种粘胶纤维纺丝机尼龙过桥齿
轮润滑装置，解决了粘胶纤维纺丝机尼龙过桥齿轮的润滑问题。具有结构简单、使用方便的特点，提高了齿轮的使用寿命。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括尼龙过桥齿轮、过桥齿轮轴，所述过桥齿轮轴一端设有润滑油孔，润滑油孔一端经螺纹连接螺帽，螺帽端面孔道上设有螺纹连接黄油嘴，所述过桥齿轮轴与螺帽之间设有卡环。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下优点。
   由于采用了润滑装置的结构设计，经前期1.5个月不同纺绽位置的试用3个改造后的过桥齿使用周期看，其结果和使用周期与现有技术效果相比，改造后的过桥齿轮轴孔具有耐磨性好，转动精度高、工作性能稳定之特点，明显优于改造前的。

具体实施方式
本装置包括尼龙过桥齿轮1、过桥齿轮轴2，如图1、2、3所示，所述过桥齿轮轴2一端设有润滑油孔5，润滑油孔5一端经螺纹连接螺帽4，螺帽4端面孔道6上设有螺纹连接黄油嘴，所述过桥齿轮轴2与螺帽4之间设有卡环3。
结构：
(1.)        在M10 X 17mm/304不锈钢螺栓端面中心沿轴线钻出一个￠5.3通孔作为油道，并在螺帽端面孔道上攻M6螺纹连接黄油嘴；
(2.)在过桥齿轮轴端面中心沿轴线钻出￠8.5通孔，并在通孔端面孔道上攻M10螺纹，连接带油道的M10的过桥齿轮压紧螺栓；
(3.) 在过桥齿轮轴中间位置径向钻出一个M3的通孔，与轴向通孔连通形成“T” 字形油道，由此，完成一个完整的润滑油通。

1. 一种粘胶纤维纺丝机尼龙过桥齿轮润滑装置，包括尼龙过桥齿轮（1）、过桥齿轮轴（2），其特征在于，所述过桥齿轮轴（2）一端设有润滑油孔（5），润滑油孔（5）一端经螺纹连接螺帽（4），螺帽（4）端面孔道（6）上设有螺纹连接黄油嘴，所述过桥齿轮轴（2）与螺帽（4）之间设有卡环（3）。
