一种球阀 
技术领域
本发明属于控制管道内介质流动具有可动机构的通用机械产品,尤其是涉及到一种球阀。 
背景技术
球阀是上个世纪五十年代问事的一种新型阀门,它的工作原理是:阀芯为一个有通腔的球体,通过阀杆控制球体作90。旋转,使阀门开启或关闭,由于流体阻力小,(其通道直径等于管道内径)开关迅速、方便,寿命长、可靠性高得到了广泛的应用。 
现有的球阀的密封形式多种多样,归纳起来主要有以下两种。 
1、软面密封普通浮动球阀 
普通阀座球阀的特点是:在预紧力或流体压力作用下,阀座(材料多为特殊的塑料,如唧等)与球体压紧,并使阀座材料产生弹性塑性变形而达到密封,其密封效果取决于阀座在流体压力或预紧力的作用下,能够补偿球体不圆度和表面微观不平的程度。此外,当球阀装配调试好后,密封面上的预紧力就固定了,但当球阀使用一段时间后,由于阀座的磨损,以及塑性残余变形,紧密贴合的阀座和球体将逐渐的松驰,密封比压也将逐渐降低而发生渗漏。 
2、硬面密封高温固定球阀 
硬面密封高温固定球阀的特点是:它的特点是阀体、球体和阀座都是 用金属材料制造,阀座为金属或耐热合金,(主要是输送桨料、颗粒状介质)阀座材料采用金属对金属密封副的优点是:适用温度范围广,各种金属材料的热膨胀系数相差不大,只要选用得当,可以达到基本一致,有利于协调温差变形。缺点是金属材料硬度高,达到密封的比压亦高,在压力较低的场合,难以靠流体的压力达到密封的效果,即便是采用预紧力达到密封,但因密封比压较大,球阀的启闭转矩亦大。 
发明内容
为了克服现有球阀技术的不足,本发明提供一种球阀,它既有现有软面密封和硬面密封的优点,而且在阀座磨损后能够得到自动补偿间隙的弹性密封球阀。 
为了达到上述的目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:在左体中设有组合弹性阀座(一般由不锈钢夹石墨或石棉板),其密封端和球体接触,压环置于组合弹性密封圈的上端,螺栓穿过压环与左体相连,组合弹性阀座是由多层金属与多层非金属组成的叠合体,在左体与右体的连接螺栓上设有碟形弹簧其一端与螺母接触,在右体的侧面开设一处窗口螺栓穿过封板与右体连接。 
采用上述方案后,由于弹性组合阀座是金属与非金属环组成,其微微弯曲的态势使得与球体始终保持接触或扩张。 
外设的碟形弹簧,不但可以在阀座磨损后能够得到自动补偿间隙创造了有利条件,还可以避免高温度的波动而产生阀门阀座与球体卡塞无法启闭的危险。 
对于在阀体上开设一处窗口的做法,可以在不拆卸阀门的情况下 在管线上对阀门进行必要的清洁,使得维修服务更加方便容易。

具体实施方式
在左体(2)中设有用由不锈钢夹石墨或石棉板制成的组合弹性阀座(5),其密封端和球体(4)接触,压环(7)置于组合弹性阀座(5)的上端,螺钉(6)穿过压环(7)与左体(2)相连,左体(2)与右体(1)的连接螺栓(8)上设有碟形弹簧(10)其一端与螺母(9)接触,右体(1)的侧面开设一处窗口(13)螺栓(12)穿过封板(11)与右体(1)连接,具有密封性能好,使用寿命长、维修方便等优点。

1.一种球阀,主要由左右阀体、球体、组合弹性阀座、阀轴等组成,本发明的特征是:在左体(2)中设有组合弹性阀座(5),其密封端和球体(4)接触,压环(7)置于组合弹性阀座(5)的上端,螺钉(6)穿过压环(7)与左体(2)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球阀,其特征在于:所述的组合弹性阀座(5)是由多层金属与多层非金属组成的叠合体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外一种球阀,其特征在于:在左体(2)与右体(1)的连接螺栓(8)上设有碟形弹簧(10)其一端与螺母(9)接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种球阀,其特征在于:在右体(1)的侧面开设一窗口(13)螺栓(12)穿过封板(11)与右体(1)连接。
