本实用新型属于铝合金型材领域，特别是涉及一种用于加工制作门上方框的铝合金型材。
背景技术
目前，在建筑物门庭的设计上，经常采用大型金属框的玻璃门。关于门上方框的加工，目前的制作工艺是用槽钢、角钢等制作骨架，然后用木工板做衬、用不锈钢片进行包裹，制作繁琐，密封性能差，表面凹凸不平，不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种新型的铝合金门上方框型材，以达到制作工艺简单、外表面美观大方的目的。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门上方框型材，为线型材，其断面结构包括结构体、内腔，结构体的下部是镶装玻璃片的装夹槽，其特征在于，结构体的上部是容纳地弹门上固定件的安装槽；安装槽两侧边的顶沿处设有嵌装密封条的扣槽；安装槽内有上隔板和中隔板，中隔板上有螺钉孔。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门上方框型材，只需在装夹槽内加装玻璃片、在安装槽内联结地弹门的上固定件即可完成加工制做，且安装、联结功能的结构设计，均设置在内腔，外表面光洁平滑，加工制作一次成型，具有简单快捷、密封性能高、坚固性强、表面平整柔和的特点。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本实用新型所提供的铝合金门上方框型材，其断面结构包括铝合金制作的结构体和内腔。结构体的下部是装夹槽6，用以安装玻璃片。结构体的上部是安装槽4，用以容纳并联结地弹门上固定件。安装槽的两侧边顶沿处，各设有一道嵌装密封条的扣槽3，用以加装密封条，可大大提升门顶边与墙面间的密封效果。
安装槽4内有上隔板2和中隔板1，中隔板1上有螺钉孔5，在本实用新型与其它部件，如玻璃门封、中立柱、边框等联结时，可起到施工方便、联结力强的作用。另外，上隔板2和中隔板1的中央位置各有一道定位凹痕7，在安装或加工时可起到辅助定位的作用。
安装槽4内的上隔板2可以被加工去除，如铣掉，或切掉，当其被去除以后，本实用新型可以用作门的下方框。

1.一种铝合金门上方框型材，为线型材，其断面结构包括结构体、内腔，结构体的下部是镶装玻璃片的装夹槽(6)，其特征在于，结构体的上部是容纳地弹门上固定件的安装槽(4)；安装槽两侧边的顶沿处设有嵌装密封条的扣槽(3)；安装槽内有上隔板(2)和中隔板(1)，中隔板上有螺钉孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门上方框型材，其特征还在于，所述的上隔板(2)和中隔板(1)的中央位置各有一道定位凹痕(7)。
