本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种新型的铝合金门中立柱型材，以达到制作工艺简单、外表面美观大方的目的。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门中立柱型材，为线型材，其断面结构包括结构体、内腔，其特征在于，所述的结构体有对称的两边呈阶梯状，构成镶装玻璃片的挡坎，挡坎的底边有扣条嵌槽。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门中立柱型材，对称的两边挡坎各镶装一玻璃片，加工制作一次成型，表面平整柔和，且具有密封性能高、坚固性强的特点。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本实用新型所提供的铝合金门中立柱型材，其断面结构包括铝合金制作的结构体1和内腔2。结构体上的两边呈对称的阶梯状，构成镶装玻璃的两个挡坎，可以各镶装一玻璃片5。挡坎的底边有扣条嵌槽4，加装扣条后可使玻璃片5镶装牢固、结合紧密。
另外，本实用新型结构体上其余的相对应的两平边中央位置各有一道、以及挡坎的底边各有二道定位凹痕3，在安装或加工时可起到辅助定位的作用。

1.一种铝合金门中立柱型材，为线型材，其断面结构包括结构体(1)、内腔(2)，其特征在于，所述的结构体有对称的两边呈阶梯状，构成镶装玻璃片(5)的挡坎，挡坎的底边有扣条嵌槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门中立柱型材，其特征还在于，所述的结构体上相对应的两平边中央位置各有一道、挡坎的底边各有二道定位凹痕(3)。
