背景技术
目前,在建筑物门庭的设计上,经常采用大型金属框的玻璃门。关于门下方框的加工,目前的制作工艺是用槽钢、角钢等制作骨架,然后用木工板做衬、用不锈钢片进行包裹,制作繁琐,密封性能差,表面凹凸不平,不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种新型的铝合金门下方框型材,以达到制作工艺简单、外表面美观大方的目的。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门下方框型材,为线型材,其断面结构包括结构体、内腔,其特征在于,所述的结构体上部是镶装玻璃片的装夹槽,下部是容纳地弹门下固定件的安装槽;安装槽两侧边的底缘设有嵌装密封条的扣槽;安装槽的上隔板上有螺钉孔。
本实用新型所提供的铝合金门下方框型材,只需在装夹槽内加装玻璃片、在安装槽内联结地弹门的下固定件即可完成加工制做,且安装、联结功能的结构设计,均设置在内腔,外表面光洁平滑,加工制作一次成型,具有简单快捷、密封性能高、坚固性强、表面平整柔和的特点。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型所提供的铝合金门下方框型材,其断面结构包括铝合金制作的结构体1和内腔2。结构体的上部是装夹槽6,用以安装玻璃片。结构体的下部是安装槽4,用以容纳并联结地弹门下固定件。安装槽的两侧边底缘处,各设有一道嵌装密封条的扣槽3,用以加装密封条,可大大提升门底边与地面间的密封效果。安装槽4的上隔板上预设有螺钉孔5,在本实用新型与其它部件,如玻璃门封、中立柱、边框等联结时,可起到施工方便、联结力强的作用。
另外,安装槽4的上隔板的中央位置有一道定位凹痕7,在安装或加工时可起到辅助定位的作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金门下方框型材,其特征还在于,所述的安装槽(4)的上隔板的中央位置有一道定位凹痕(7)。
