本实用新型涉及一种包边焊机的部件，尤其是一种包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置。
背景技术
随着经济发展，钢格板在石油、造船、建筑、采掘、公共设施、能源运输、锅炉等行业得到广泛应用。钢格板是由若干扁钢纵向排列，扁钢边上垂直焊接若干排横杆而成。因此，钢格板两端形成扁钢纵向排列的端头，需要焊接包边以使钢格板整齐美观，方便使用。
现有技术中的钢格板通常采用手工焊接包边，焊接质量非常难以控制，而且手工焊接费工、费力，生产效率低，生产现场的环境很差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、总重量较轻、承载重量较大、制作成本较小的包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，所述包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置，包括焊接总架与安全架，安全架固定安装在焊接总架相对侧壁上，在焊接总架的上表面边缘固定安装有竖板，在竖板的内侧壁上固定安装有承载横板，在竖板的外侧壁上安装有纵向加强筋，所述纵向加强筋的底端部固定连接在焊接总架的上表面，在安全架的上表面固定安装有吊钩。
所述承载横板的下表面安装有承载加强筋，该承载加强筋的侧边固定连接在竖板的侧壁。
本实用新型具有结构简单、总重量较轻、承载重量较大、制作成本较小等优点。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示，该包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置，它包括焊接总架1与安全架2，安全架2固定安装在焊接总架1相对侧壁上，在焊接总架1的上表面边缘固定安装有竖板3，在竖板3的内侧壁上固定安装有承载横板4，在竖板3的外侧壁上安装有纵向加强筋5，所述纵向加强筋5的底端部固定连接在焊接总架1的上表面，在安全架2的上表面固定安装有吊钩6。
所述承载横板4的下表面安装有承载加强筋7，该承载加强筋7的侧边固定连接在竖板3的侧壁。
其中，焊接总架1由若干横向方钢管与纵向方钢管焊接形成，工作时，在焊接总架1的上表面铺设台面板。安全架2亦由若干横向方钢管与纵向方钢管焊接形成，工作时，在安全架2的上表面铺设脚踏板。并在横向方钢管与纵向方钢管的外露端部均塞装有封头。

1.一种包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置，包括焊接总架(1)与安全架(2)，其特征是：安全架(2)固定安装在焊接总架(1)上相对的两个侧壁上，在焊接总架(1)的上表面靠近边缘的部位固定安装有竖板(3)，在竖板(3)的内侧壁上固定安装有承载横板(4)，在竖板(3)的外侧壁上安装有纵向加强筋(5)，所述纵向加强筋(5)的底端部固定连接在焊接总架(1)的上表面，在安全架(2)的上表面固定安装有吊钩(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述包边焊机的移动焊接平台装置，其特征是：所述承载横板(4)的下表面安装有承载加强筋(7)，该承载加强筋(7)的侧边固定连接在竖板(3)的侧壁。
