Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种插座连接器，由电路板(2)、插座(1)、塑胶壳体(3)组成，在电路板(2)上焊接两个插座(1)，将整个插座组件插入塑胶壳体(3)内，塑胶壳体(3)一端采用圆形螺旋接口，另一端的两侧分别固定一卡爪(4)；在塑胶壳体(3)与卡爪(4)间接一密封垫(5)。本实用新型通过增加一个插座，提高产品的性能，降低生产成本，同时装配简单，适于批量生产。

本实用新型涉及一种新型插座连接器，特别是涉及一种用于电子设备中传递网络数据信号的插座连接器。
背景技术
现有的插座连接器如图1所示，它是依靠金属壳体作为RJ45插座的支撑和定位，RJ45插座与壳体采用粘接剂进行粘接，这种插座结构复杂，加工装配工艺繁杂，装配效率极低，金属壳体的加工成本极高，无法满足民用连接器低成本的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种成本低、装配快的插座连接器，用于电子设备中网络数据信号的传递。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种插座连接器，由电路板(2)、插座(1)、塑胶壳体(3)组成，在电路板(2)上焊接两个插座(1)，将整个插座组件插入塑胶壳体(3)内，塑胶壳体(3)一端采用圆形螺旋接口，另一端的两侧分别固定一卡爪(4)；在塑胶壳体(3)与卡爪(4)间接一密封垫(5)。
本实用新型的有益效果：成本低、装配快，提高了产品的性能，装配简单。

实施例：如图2所示，本实用新型插座连接器它是在一个电路板(2)上焊接两个插座(1)，将整个插座组件插入一塑胶壳体(3)内，塑胶壳体(3)一端采用圆形螺旋接口，另一端的两侧分别固定一卡爪(4)。在塑胶壳体(3)与卡爪(4)间接一密封垫(5)。使用时，将插座组件插入塑胶壳体(3)内，卡爪(4)刚好将一个插座(1)抓紧。

1.一种插座连接器，由电路板(2)、插座(1)、塑胶壳体(3)组成，其特征在于：在电路板(2)上焊接两个插座(1)，将整个插座组件插入塑胶壳体(3)内，塑胶壳体(3)一端采用圆形螺旋接口，另一端的两侧分别固定一卡爪(4)，在塑胶壳体(3)与卡爪(4)间装置一密封垫(5)。
