本实用新型公开一种电路板与插座组件，包括电路板及插座，所述插座上开有用于安装电路板的卡口，所述槽口内设置有插片，所述电路板上设置有与所述插片相配合的插槽体。所述一种电路板与插座组件结构简单，易于实现，其通过插接的方式实现电气连接，不仅安装方便、简单，且便于维护，提高了生产效率，此外，弹性夹片由向内倾斜的第一金属片及向外弯折的第二金属片构成，便于插接。

本实用新型涉及一种电路板与插座组件。
背景技术
电路板，又名线路板，其可以使电路迷你化、直观化，对于固定电路的批量生产和优化用电器布局起到重要作用。电路板作为各种电子元器件的组装载体，具有能将多个电子元器件组装在其板体上，发挥某一特定功能等优点，已广泛应用于各种电子产品的电子电路中。然而，目前市场上的电路板，其与插座连接采用焊接的方式，其不仅生产效率低，且维护不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种电路板与插座组件，以解决现有电路板于外部电气连接采用焊接的方式，生产效率低及维护不便的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种电路板与插座组件，包括电路板及插座，所述插座上开有用于安装电路板的卡口，所述卡口内设置有插片，所述电路板上设置有与所述插片相配合的插槽体。
进一步的，所述插槽体包括基体、对称设置于基体上端用于卡住插片的弹性夹片及对称设置于基体下端的埋入脚，所述埋入脚焊接连接在电路板上。
进一步的，所述基体、弹性夹片及埋入脚为一体结构。
进一步的，所述弹性夹片由向内倾斜的第一金属片及向外弯折的第二金属片构成，所述第一金属片及第二金属片为一体结构，此种结构便于插接。
本实用新型的有益效果为，所述一种电路板与插座组件结构简单，易于实 现，其通过插接的方式实现电气连接，不仅安装方便、简单，且便于维护，提高了生产效率，此外，弹性夹片由向内倾斜的第一金属片及向外弯折的第二金属片构成，便于插接。

请参照图1至图3所示，图1为本实用新型插座的结构示意图；图2为本实用新型电路板的结构示意图；图3为本实用新型插片与插槽体配合结构示意图。于本实施例中，一种电路板与插座组件，包括电路板3及插座1，所述插座1上开有用于安装电路板3的卡口，所述卡口内设置有插片2，所述电路板3上设置有与所述插片2相配合的插槽体4，所述插槽体4包括基体7、对称设置于基体7上端用于卡住插片2的弹性夹片及对称设置于基体7下端的埋入脚6，所述基体7、弹性夹片及埋入脚6为一体结构，所述弹性夹片由向内倾斜的第一金属片5及向外弯折的第二金属片8构成，所述第一金属片5及第二金属片8为一体结构，所述埋入脚6焊接连接在电路板3上。
本实用新型结构简单、易于实现，弹性夹片能够利用弹力夹住插片2，保证电路板3的插槽体4与插座1的插片2电气连接稳定，且本实用新型相较于传 统焊接方式，安装维护方便、简单。

1.一种电路板与插座组件，包括电路板及插座，其特征在于：所述插座上开有用于安装电路板的卡口，所述卡口内设置有插片，所述电路板上设置有与所述插片相配合的插槽体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电路板与插座组件，其特征在于：所述插槽体包括基体、对称设置于基体上端用于卡住插片的弹性夹片及对称设置于基体下端的埋入脚，所述埋入脚焊接连接在电路板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电路板与插座组件，其特征在于：所述基体、弹性夹片及埋入脚为一体结构。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种电路板与插座组件，其特征在于：所述弹性夹片由向内倾斜的第一金属片及向外弯折的第二金属片构成，所述第一金属片及第二金属片为一体结构。
