电杆的安装装置。涉及一种电力工程施工过程中安装电杆的专业装置。它包括底座、可拆卸的一对卡箍和滚轮组,所述底座下部设有凸出座柄,座柄上设有与底座的纵向相垂直的铰接孔;所述一对卡箍分别铰接于底座的两侧,一对卡箍的开口间设有可拆卸连接装置;所述滚轮组设有两组,分别设于底座的两端,每组滚轮组有三个滚轮,分别设在底座的底面和底座的两侧,三个滚轮的轮缘形成一可容纳所述电杆截面圆周的轮廓。本实用新型的装置,能有效限制电杆的四个自由度,使电杆在本实用新型装置的限制下只能做轴向滑动和轴向转动。鉴于应用本实用新型时,电杆的下端落在电杆坑内,因此,轴向转动自由度其实也基本不存在,仅仅保留了一有效的轴向滑动自由度。

本实用新型涉及一种电力工程施工过程中安装电杆的专业装置。
背景技术
目前,在安装电杆施工时,无论大、小电杆,都需要吊车进入现场,需要的人员、车辆众多,占用空间大、耗时长,使得施工效率较低。尤其在一些城市街道上安装小型电杆时,大型吊车就显得很不适用。一是多台车辆占用城市街道进行电力施工作业、电力抢险作业时,可能对当地交通产生妨碍,引起群众不满;二是吊车在城市街道,由于其它线路、绿花树木等原因,难以充分施展吊车的功能,进行吊装作业。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题,提供了一种在保证安全的前提下,机动灵活,能适应复杂环境下电杆施工作业的电杆安装装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括底座、可拆卸的一对卡箍和滚轮组,所述底座下部设有凸出座柄,座柄上设有与底座的纵向相垂直的铰接孔;所述一对卡箍分别铰接于底座的两侧,一对卡箍的开口间设有可拆卸连接装置;所述滚轮组设有两组,分别设于底座的两端,每组滚轮组有三个滚轮,分别设在底座的底面和底座的两侧,三个滚轮的轮缘形成一可容纳所述电杆截面圆周的轮廓。
所述的底座两侧的滚轮的轴线分别向外侧倾斜,使所述底座两侧的两个滚轮具有一喇叭口。
本实用新型的装置,能有效限制电杆的四个自由度,使电杆在本实用新型装置的限制下只能做轴向滑动和轴向转动。鉴于应用本实用新型时,电杆的下端落在电杆坑内,因此,轴向转动自由度其实也基本不存在,仅仅保留了一有效的轴向滑动自由度。当本实用新型的装置被连接于一牵引装置上时,本实用新型的装置即可相对于固定的电杆,做轴向滑动,在电杆下端位置固定的情况下,当本实用新型的装置同时做旋转运动时,电杆也随着旋转,最终被立起。本实用新型结构精巧,适应性好,可靠性高。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1、2所示,它包括底座3、可拆卸的一对卡箍4和滚轮组6,所述底座3下部设有凸出座柄9,座柄9上设有与底座3的纵向相垂直的铰接孔;所述一对卡箍4分别铰接于底座3的两侧,一对卡箍4的开口间设有可拆卸连接装置;所述滚轮组6设有两组,分别设于底座3的两端,每组滚轮组6有三个滚轮8,分别设在底座3的底面和底座3的两侧,三个滚轮8的轮缘形成一可容纳所述电杆5截面圆周的轮廓。
所述的底座3两侧的滚轮的轴线分别向外侧倾斜,使所述底座两侧的两个滚轮具有一喇叭口,以方便电杆5的投入及电杆5的锥度变化。
应用本实用新型时,将座柄9与牵引装置1通过铰接轴2相连。当牵引装置1水平运动时,底座3在水平运动的同时,在电杆5的作用下,会作旋转运动,直至接近垂直。

1.电杆的安装装置,其特征在于,它包括底座、可拆卸的一对卡箍和滚轮组,所述底座下部设有凸出座柄,座柄上设有与底座的纵向相垂直的铰接孔;所述一对卡箍分别铰接于底座的两侧,一对卡箍的开口间设有可拆卸连接装置;所述滚轮组设有两组,分别设于底座的两端,每组滚轮组有三个滚轮,分别设在底座的底面和底座的两侧,三个滚轮的轮缘形成一可容纳所述电杆截面圆周的轮廓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电杆的安装装置,其特征在于,所述的底座两侧的滚轮的轴线分别向外侧倾斜,使所述底座两侧的两个滚轮具有一喇叭口。
