本实用新型公开了一种插片式LED灯头注塑模具，包括有模条和模具，模条上有注料口，其特征在于：所述的模条下端面上有数个凸起的模芯，所述的模芯两侧有供插片插入的插槽；所述的模具上有具有型腔，所述的型腔底部有供电源线穿过的开孔；所述的模芯与型腔分别匹配，模芯分别位于型腔内。本实用新型解决了注塑后出现的冲胶或溢胶的问题，且生产效率高，降低了成产成本，容易形成量产。

本实用新型主要涉及一种LED灯头的注塑模具，尤其涉及一种插片式LED灯注塑模具。
背景技术：
圣诞LED灯串按照加工方法可分为装配式和注塑式。但传统注塑式灯串在注塑时的溢胶和冲胶导致产品合格率十分低下，无法形成量产或量产成本较高，生产效率极低，难以实现量产的要求。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供了一种插片式LED灯头注塑模具，彻底解决了注塑后出现的冲胶或溢胶的问题。
本实用新型是采用以下技术方案来实现的：
一种插片式LED灯头注塑模具，包括有模条和模具，模条上有注料口，其特征在于：所述的模条下端面上有数个凸起的模芯，所述的模芯两侧有供插片插入的插槽；所述的模具上有具有型腔，所述的型腔底部有供电源线穿过的开孔；所述的模芯与型腔分别匹配，模芯分别位于型腔内。
所述的插片式LED灯头注塑模具，其特征在于所述的模芯与型腔分别为四个，相互匹配对应。
当注塑成型LED灯头时，先将铜插片及电源线送入型腔，铜插片插入模芯两侧的插槽内，然后将胶料从注料口注入到型腔内，胶料充满空隙部分，胶料冷却后，打开模条与模具，即可拿出成型的LED灯头。
一个模具上可以配置一个或一个以上的模条，可以在加工时同步完成插片注塑成型的工序。
所述的模具和模条可以用含碳钢制造，也可以使用纯钢制成。
所述的模具的模条的截面可以是方形，也可以是圆形或多边形。
本实用新型的优点是：采用带有插槽的模条，解决了注塑后出现的冲胶或溢胶的问题，提高了产品合格率，且生产效率高，降低了成产成本，容易形成量产。

具模实施方式：
一种插片式LED灯头注塑模具，包括有模条1和模具3，模条1上有注料口，模条1下端面上有四个凸起的模芯6，模芯6两侧有供铜插片2插入的插槽；模具上有具有型腔4，所述的型腔4底部有供电源线5穿过的开孔；使用时，模条1与模具3对合，模芯6与型腔4分别匹配，模芯6分别位于型腔4内。
当注塑成型LED灯头时，先将连接为一体的铜插片2及电源线5送入型腔4，铜插片2插入模芯6两侧的插槽内，然后将胶料从注料口注入到型腔4内，胶料充满空隙部分，胶料冷却后，打开模条与模具，即可拿出成型的LED灯头。

1.一种插片式LED灯头注塑模具，包括有模条和模具，模条上有注料口，其特征在于：所述的模条下端面上有数个凸起的模芯，所述的模芯两侧有供插片插入的插槽；所述的模具上有具有型腔，所述的型腔底部有供电源线穿过的开孔；所述的模芯与型腔分别匹配，模芯分别位于型腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插片式LED灯头注塑模具，其特征在于所述的模芯与型腔分别为四个，相互匹配对应。
