Abstract

背景技术
现有的CF卡插槽生产模具生产CF卡插槽时，容易由于排气不畅而使产品注塑成型后，产品上产生气泡，严重影响产品质量。

本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种CF卡插槽生产模具，利于模腔内气泡排出。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种CF卡插槽生产模具，其包括公模、母模、滑块、母模对插镶件、公模对插镶件、母模镶件、公模镶件、顶针，所述母模置于公模上方，顶针置于公模下方，母模上方设有排气孔，该排气孔与母模与公模之间形成的模腔连通。
从以上技术方案可以看出，本实用新型在模具内设置排气孔，往模腔内注入胶时，胶水从模腔内将空气挤压从排气孔排出，这样生产的CF卡插槽不会产生气泡而大大提高产品的质量和良品率。

参见附图所示，本实用新型包括公模1、母模2、滑块3、滑块镶针7、母模镶件4、公模镶件5、顶针6，母模2置于公模1上方，顶针6置于公模1下方，母模6上方设有排气孔，该排气孔与母模2与公模1之间形成的模腔连通。
