本实用新型公开了一种无压可移动式沼气发生器,其包括池体,在所述池体内密封安装有储料袋,所述储料袋和池体之间为分体结构,在所述储料袋上设有进料口、出料口、清渣口和导气管。本实用新型的无压可移动式沼气发生器,分成两步分,池体和池体内密封安装有储料袋,这样将传统的沼气池的发酵部分和传统的水泥浇筑改为发酵袋这种结构,在施工的时候,直接将发酵袋安装在池体上即可,建池效率高,使用寿命长,且根据需要可后期移动初装位置,且当沼气过剩可以自动减压。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生器,特别是一种组装方便的无压可移动式沼气发生器。
背景技术
沼气作为一种可再生能源,不仅清洁、环保、卫生而且发展生态农业及环境保护和综合利用等诸多方面日益显示出其独特的优越性,日益受到人们高度的重视,在投资的规模、力度上逐渐加大,但现有的沼气池,或者是有混凝土浇筑成的整体结构,施工效率低,故障率过高,产气效率差,严重制约了沼气的普及和推广。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型克服了上述缺点,提供了一种建池效率高,使用寿命长,组装方便的无压可移动式沼气发生器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种无压可移动式沼气发生器,其包括池体,在所述池体内密封安装有储料袋,所述储料袋和池体之间为分体结构,在所述储料袋上设有进料口、出料口、清渣口和导气管。
所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,所述导气管与储气袋连通,在所述导气管和储气袋之间设有积水壶,从导气管出来的气体通过积水壶的过滤进入所述储气袋中,在所述积水壶与储气袋之间的气管上还连通有水压排气瓶。
所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,所述出料口和清渣口通过三通硬管与所述储料袋连通,所述三通硬管通过管箍与所述储料袋密封固定。
所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,在所述池体的一侧设有沉淀池,所述出料口和清渣口的出口端置于所述沉淀池内。
所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,所述进料口和储料袋由硬管连接,并用管箍固定密封。
所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,所述硬管为PVC管。
本实用新型的无压可移动式沼气发生器,分成两步分,池体和池体内密封安装有储料袋,这样将传统的沼气池的发酵部分和传统的水泥浇筑改为发酵袋这种结构,在施工的时候,直接将发酵袋安装在池体上即可,建池效率高,使用寿命长,且根据需要可后期移动初装位置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的沼气发生器,包括池体1和储料袋2,池体1和储料袋2为分体结构,储料袋2密封安装在池体1内部,储料袋2由进料口3、出料口4、清渣口5和导气管6组成,导气管6安装在出料袋2上,在导气管6上设置有积水壶7和水压排气瓶8,储料袋2、出料口4和清渣口5为三通管连接,出料口4和清渣口5置于沉淀池9中,沼气发生器产出的沼气通过导气管6储存于储气袋10中。
储料袋2密封安装在池体1内部,储料袋2和池体1为分体结构,池体1起到固定和保护作用,根据用户的使用需求后期可将该沼气发生器方便移动从新装置。
本实用新型沼气发生器产生的沼气通过导气管6储存于储气袋10,如果储气袋中10的气体过剩时,常规现象会产生爆袋,但本实用新型专利在导气管6中设有水压排气瓶8,当储气袋10中的沼气过剩时过剩气体会通过水压排气瓶8排出,从而实现减压避免爆袋现象。

1.一种无压可移动式沼气发生器,其包括池体,其特征在于:在所述池体内密封安装有储料袋,所述储料袋和池体之间为分体结构,在所述储料袋上设有进料口、出料口、清渣口和导气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述导气管与储气袋连通,在所述导气管和储气袋之间设有积水壶,从导气管出来的气体通过积水壶的过滤进入所述储气袋中,在所述积水壶与储气袋之间的气管上还连通有水压排气瓶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述出料口和清渣口通过三通硬管与所述储料袋连通,所述三通硬管通过管箍与所述储料袋密封固定。
4.根据权利要求4所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,其特征在于:在所述池体的一侧设有沉淀池,所述出料口和清渣口的出口端置于所述沉淀池内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述进料口和储料袋由硬管连接,并用管箍固定密封。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的无压可移动式沼气发生器,其特征在于:所述硬管为PVC管。
