背景技术
刀削面在中国北方地区较为普及，目前使用的削面刀具形状与菜刀接近，在削面时，面条的长度、宽度、厚度、都需要操作者凭感觉来控制，经常使面条厚薄不均，长短不一，煮出来的面条口感较差。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种削面刀，使得普通人易于操作，并能保证面条均匀。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型削面刀包括手柄、刀体，刀体形状为狭长曲面，刀体的两条长边处为刀边，两条短边处为刀刃，该刀刃形状为弧形，两条刀边为平行直线。
上面说的刀柄与刀体通过螺栓连接。
采用上述方案后，使得削面刀削出的面条的宽度被控制起来，面条均匀，普通人容易掌握。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型削面刀包括手柄1、刀体2，刀体2形状为狭长曲面，刀体2的两条长边为刀边3，两条短边处为刀刃4，刀刃4形状为弧形，两条刀边3为平行直线。
刀柄1与刀体2可以通过螺栓5连接。
刀体2的刀边3长度、刀刃4长度及刀刃4弧度可根据操作者的需要自行控制。
使用时操作者手握刀柄1，将刀刃4接触面团，使刀体2沿刀边3方向行进，此时刀刃4垂直于行进方向，削出的面条与刀边3平行，并落在两条刀边3之间的槽内，然后落入锅中。

1.一种削面刀，包括手柄(1)、刀体(2)，其特征在于：所述刀体(2)形状为狭长曲面，该刀体(2)的两条长边处为刀边(3)，两条短边处为刀刃(4)，该刀刃(4)形状为弧形，两条刀边(3)为平行直线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的削面刀，其特征在于：所述刀柄(1)与所述刀体(2)通过螺栓(5)连接。
