本实用新型涉及一种锥形带锯铣刀,铣刀为锥形孔式结构,铣刀刀体为圆锥体形式,铣刀齿形型线呈锥形变齿距排列,容屑槽为螺旋沟,铣刀刃部齿形有前角,铣刀刃部为环形扣错齿排列,铣刀前刃面的前角为3-5°,刃沟为5-15°螺旋沟。本装置锋利性好、耐用度高,由于刀刃带有锥角,容易切入工件并且加工出的带锯条锯齿带有前角,可大大提高带锯条的耐用度和锋利性,从而提高带锯机床的加工效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械加工刀具,具体涉及一种锥形带锯铣刀。
背景技术
目前,随着我国经济的高速发展,机械加工行业得到了蓬勃发展。在加工生产中各种带锯床得到了广泛应用,随着带锯机床的大量增加,由于机床的关键部件带锯条属于消耗品,需求量不断增加,因此为带锯条的生产加工创造了广阔的市场。以往加工带锯条的带锯铣刀为圆柱形,用这种铣刀加工出的带锯条齿形是没有前角的类似三角形。在切割毛胚料时由于没有前角,带锯条的刃部极易磨损。磨损的锯条需用带锯铣刀重新铣削加工方能使用。这样就降低了机床的生产效率,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理,能提高工作效率、尺寸精度及表面加工质量的锥形带锯铣刀。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:铣刀为锥形孔式结构,铣刀刀体为圆锥体形式,铣刀齿形型线呈锥形变齿距排列,容屑槽为螺旋沟,铣刀刃部齿形有前角,铣刀刃部为环形扣错齿排列铣刀前刃面的前角为3-5°,刃沟为5-15°螺旋沟。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、锋利性好:因为铣刀采用锥形结构,所以加工锯条时铣刀与工件成一轴交角进刀,这样有利于切削工件减小阻力;
2、提高耐用度:铣刀前刃面的前角为3~5°,实现斜角切削,减少切削变形和能量消耗。不但提高了铣刀的耐用度,同时加工出的锯齿带有前角,这样可以提高锯条的锋利性及耐用度,降低了用户的使用成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图2可知,本实用新型铣刀为锥形孔式结构,铣刀刀体1为圆锥体形式,铣刀齿形型线2呈锥形变齿距排列,容屑槽3为螺旋沟,铣刀刃部齿形有前角,铣刀刃部4为环形扣错齿排列,铣刀前刃面的前角为3-5°,刃沟为5-15°螺旋沟。
本实用新型所述的锥形带锯铣刀,为锥形孔式结构,铣刀刀体1为圆锥体形式,为整体结构,多采用高速钢材质,刀体两端面的径向圆跳动不超过0.02mm、端面圆跳动不超过0.02mm;铣刀齿形型线2呈锥形变齿距排列,容屑槽3为螺旋沟,铣刀刃部齿形有前角,铣刀刃部4为环形扣错齿排列,即相邻两排齿错开一个固定的齿距,须采用跳齿铲齿方法加工。铣刀齿形侧铲加工以保证铣刀具有齿侧后角,同一圆周上的齿顶部的径向圆跳动不大于0.1mm,在全长上齿距累计误差不大于0.15mm,互相交错的两组齿的直刃与斜刃的交点的不等高公差不大于0.01mm,齿形公差不大于0.06mm;刀孔5是铣刀的定位基准,尺寸偏差为+0.016mm,圆跳动公差不大于0.004mm;刀具检查在万能工具显微镜上旋转检查。

1.一种锥形带锯铣刀,包括铣刀刀体,其特征在于:铣刀为锥形孔式结构,铣刀刀体(1)为圆锥体形式,铣刀齿形型线(2)呈锥形变齿距排列,容屑槽(3)为螺旋沟,铣刀刃部齿形有前角,铣刀刃部(4)为环形扣错齿排列,铣刀前刃面的前角为3-5°,刃沟为5-15°螺旋沟。
