本实用新型涉及一种发动机双燃料进气歧管总成,在进气歧管上设有与进气歧管气道相通的燃油喷注孔和燃气喷注孔,燃油喷注孔位于燃气喷注孔前面;所述燃气喷注孔的中心线与气道喉口中心线平行或重合。本实用新型燃气喷注孔布置在燃油喷注孔后面,并使燃气喷注孔中心线平行或重合于气道喉口的中心线,使燃气在自身的高压下直接顺着气道压入燃烧室,既实现气道内预混的目的,并大大减少燃气及喷注压力在气道内的喷注损失,对气道内新鲜空气的流动影响较小,提高混合气的充气效率和混合气混合的强度,使发动机在使用气体燃料时的功率、扭矩得到提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及发动机技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种两用燃料(液体燃料和气体燃料)发动机进气歧管总成。
背景技术
目前市场提供的发动机燃料种类越来越多,如:汽油、柴油等油类燃料和CNG(压缩天然气)、LPG(液化石油气)、甲醇、氢燃料等气体燃料。为使发动机根据当地使用环境和燃料的经济性合理选择适宜的燃料进行工作,于是设计了一种可以在液态和气态两种燃料间切换喷注使用的进气歧管总成。现有的双燃料进气歧管总成包括进气歧管、缸盖进气口连接法兰和喷油器安装突台,在进气歧管上设有与进气歧管气道相通的燃油喷注孔和燃气喷注孔。现有燃气喷注孔的中心线垂直于气道喉口中心线或与气道喉口中心线形成一定的角度,致使喷入气道的天然气直接喷向气道的内壁面,在气道内形成来回的气流反射,造成扰流,阻碍新鲜空气的进入,影响发动机的充气效率。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种可在液态和气态两种燃料间切换喷注的发动机进气歧管总成,本进气歧管总成在使用气态燃料时不会产生扰流而十分利于新鲜空气的进入。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本发动机双燃料进气歧管总成包括进气歧管、缸盖进气口连接法兰和喷油器安装突台,在进气歧管上设有与进气歧管气道相通的燃油喷注孔和燃气喷注孔,燃油喷注孔位于燃气喷注孔前面;所述燃气喷注孔的中心线与气道喉口中心线平行或重合。
本实用新型取得的技术效果是:1、燃油喷注孔将燃油束导向缸盖内的气道喉口处,使燃油更好的雾化,混合气更充分的燃烧;2、由于可燃气不需要进行额外的雾化处理,因此将燃气喷注孔布置在燃油喷注孔后面,并使其孔中心线平行或重合于气道喉口的中心线,使燃气在自身的高压下直接顺着气道压入燃烧室,既实现气道内预混的目的,并大大减少燃气及喷注压力在气道内的喷注损失,对气道内新鲜空气的流动影响较小,提高混合气的充气效率和混合气混合的强度,使发动机在使用气体燃料时的功率、扭矩得到提高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参见图1和图2,从图上可以看出,本发动机双燃料进气歧管总成包括进气歧管6、缸盖进气口连接法兰5和喷油器安装突台3,喷油器安装突台3用于安装喷油器;在进气歧管6上设有与进气歧管气道1相通的燃油喷注孔2和燃气喷注孔4,燃油喷注孔2位于燃气喷注孔4前面;所述燃气喷注孔4的中心线与进气歧管气道喉口中心线平行或重合。由于气道喉口中心线与缸盖进气口连接法兰垂直,因此燃气喷注孔4的中心线也垂直于缸盖进气口连接法兰5。
本实用新型设计的两用燃料发动机进气歧管,不仅实现使用燃油时将燃油束导向缸盖内的气道喉口处,使燃油更好的雾化,混合气更充分的燃烧;而且在使用气体燃料时能使燃气在自身的高压下直接顺着气道压入燃烧室,既实现气道内预混的目的,并减少燃气及喷注压力的损失,实现对气道内新鲜空气的流动影响较小,提高混合气的充气效率和混合气混合的强度,使发动机在使用气体燃料时的功率、扭矩得到提高。

1.一种发动机双燃料进气歧管总成,包括进气歧管(6、缸盖进气口连接法兰(5)和喷油器安装突台(3),在进气歧管(6)上设有与进气歧管气道(1)相通的燃油喷注孔(2)和燃气喷注孔(4),其特征在于:所述燃气喷注孔(4)的中心线与气道喉口中心线平行或重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机双燃料进气歧管总成,其特征在于:所述燃油喷注孔(2)位于燃气喷注孔(4)前面。
