本实用新型涉及货物封装中使用的一种施封锁。
背景技术
在货物的封装上施封锁被广泛使用。现有普遍使用的一种施封锁的主要结构为：一条锁带的一端固接在一锁体上，锁体上开有锁孔，锁孔内设有锁定机构。该种施封锁在使用时，将锁带穿过锁孔，通过锁定机构即可将锁头锁定。这种施封锁的强度和可靠性较好，但其锁体内的锁定机构结构较复杂，加工成本较高，由于施封锁通常都是一次性使用，因此，上述现有的这种施封锁的使用成本相对偏高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单的全塑料施封锁，它的制作成本更加低廉。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：全塑料施封锁，包括有锁体、锁带，锁带的一端与锁体相连，锁带为细长的杆状，锁带的前部具有一锥台，锁带位于锥台后侧的部位上间隔的布有若干圆柱状且前端具有圆角的棱台，锁体具有一空腔，在该空腔中固定有一带有锥形通孔的凸台，凸台上开有两条以上沿其周向均布的缺口。
本实用新型提供的施封锁在使用时，使锥台从凸台所具有的锥形通孔中穿过，锁带与锁体形成封闭环，且锁带无法再从凸台中退出，即可完成施封。在锁带与锁体已形成封闭环的状态下，再从锁带穿过凸台的一端拽拉锁带，可使封闭环再缩小。
本实用新型结构简单、可靠，它的止退性好，且成本低廉，可广泛用于集装箱及口袋的扎口的施封。

以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本实用新型。

本全塑料施封锁包括有锁体4、锁带1，锁带1的一端与锁体4相连为一体，锁带1为细长的杆状，锁带1的前部具有一锥台2，锁带1位于锥台2后侧的部位上间隔的布有若干圆柱状的棱台3，锁体4具有一空腔，在该空腔中固定有一带有锥形通孔5a的凸台5。

凸台5上开有两条以上沿其周向均布的缺口5b，本实施例中缺口5b为四条。在锁体5上连接有一片薄板6。薄板6的作用是在其上印制货主名称、被施封的货物名称、货物号码等标记。另外在锁体4与凸台5间连接有筋板7。
由图1可见，将锁带1向下弯曲，然后使其从下方向上穿过锥形通孔5a，在锥台2撑开凸台5穿过锥形通孔5a后，凸台5恢复收缩，锁带1则无法再从凸台5中退出，锁带1与锁体4形成封闭环，即完成施封。在锁带1与锁体4已形成封闭环的状态下，再从锁带1穿过凸台5的一端拽拉锁带，可使锥台2后方的棱台3逐一通过凸台5，使封闭环再缩小。另外，本全塑料施封锁的材料为塑料、且为一整体构件。

1、全塑料施封锁，包括有锁体、锁带，锁带的一端与锁体相连，其特征在于：锁带为细长的杆状，锁带的前部具有一锥台，锁带位于锥台后侧的部位上间隔的布有若干圆柱状且前端具有圆角的棱台，锁体具有一空腔，在该空腔中固定有一带有锥形通孔的凸台，凸台上开有两条以上沿其周向均布的缺口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全塑料施封锁，其特征在于：在锁体上连接有一片薄板。
3、根据权利要求1所述的全塑料施封锁，其特征在于：在锁体与凸台间连接有筋板。
