本实用新型涉及货物封装中使用的一种施封锁。
背景技术
在货物的封装上施封锁被广泛使用。现有普遍使用的一种施封锁的主要结构为：一条锁带的一端固接在一锁体上，锁体上开有锁孔，锁孔内设有锁定机构。该种施封锁在使用时，将锁带穿过锁孔，通过锁定机构即可将锁带锁定。这种施封锁的强度和可靠性较好，但其锁体内的锁定机构结构较复杂，加工成本较高，由于施封锁通常都是一次性使用，因此，上述现有的这种施封锁的使用成本相对偏高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单的全塑料简易施封锁，它的制作成本更加低廉。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：全塑料简易施封锁，包括有锁体、锁带，锁带的一端与锁体连接，锁体上具有一供锁带穿过的通孔，锁体上通孔内壁的一侧上具有一斜齿，在锁带的下表面上固设有两排间隔布置的斜齿。
本实用新型提供的施封锁在使用时，在锁带穿过锁体上的通孔后，锁带上的斜齿即可与通孔内壁上的斜齿相互卡和，锁带则无法再从锁体中退出，即可完成施封。
本实用新型结构简单、可靠，它的止退性好，且成本低廉，可广泛用于集装箱及口袋扎口的施封。

本全塑料简易施封锁包括有锁体4、锁带1，锁带1的一端与锁体4连接为一体，锁体4上具有一供锁带穿过的通孔4a，锁体4上通孔4a内壁的一侧上具有一斜齿4c，在锁带1的下表面上固设有两排间隔布置的斜齿3。

锁体4上通孔4a内壁的另一侧上开有一滑槽4b，在锁带1的上表面上固设有若干与滑槽4b配合的凸台2。需要将锁带1穿过通孔4a时，将凸台2对准滑槽4b。在锁带1的前部开有一腰形孔1a。根据需要，可在该腰形孔1a上栓系标记牌。另外在锁体4上连接有一片薄板5，薄板5的作用是在其上印制货主名称、被施封的货物名称、货物号码等标记。
由图1可见，将锁带1向下弯曲，然后使其从通孔4a下方向上穿过通孔4a，在锁带1穿过锁体4上的通孔4a后，锁带1上的斜齿3即可与通孔4a内壁上的斜齿4c相互卡和，锁带1则无法再从锁体4中退出，即可完成施封。而且，在锁带1与锁体4已形成封闭环的状态下，再从锁带1穿过通孔的一端拽拉锁带，可使封闭环再缩小。另外，本全塑料施封锁的材料为塑料、且为一整体构件。

1、全塑料简易施封锁，包括有锁体、锁带，锁带的一端与锁体连接，锁体上具有一供锁带穿过的通孔，其特征在于：锁体上通孔内壁的一侧上具有一斜齿，在锁带的下表面上固设有两排间隔布置的斜齿。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全塑料简易施封锁，其特征在于：锁体上通孔内壁的另一侧上开有滑槽，在锁带的上表面上固设有若干与滑槽配合的凸台，在锁带的前部开有一腰形孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的全塑料简易施封锁，其特征在于：在锁体上连接有一片薄板。
