本实用新型涉及货物封装中使用的一种施封锁。
背景技术
在货物的封装上施封锁被广泛使用。现有普遍使用的一种施封锁的主要结构为：一条锁带的一端固接在一锁体上，锁带的自由端连接有一锁头，锁体上开有锁孔，锁孔内设有与锁头配合的锁定机构。该种施封锁在使用时，将锁头伸入锁孔内与锁定机构配合，即可将锁头锁定，且锁头被锁定后，锁带与锁体构成的封闭环的周长是固定的。由于不同包装物的被施封部位所要求的锁带与锁体构成的封闭环的周长是不同的，而且有的包装物的被施封部位要求施封紧密，可见，上述施封锁存在的欠缺是：在对包装物施封后，所施封部位的紧密性不好；结构较复杂，成本相对较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单的施封锁，它在使用中锁带与锁体构成的封闭环的周长是可变化的。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：一种施封锁，包括有锁体、锁带，锁带的一端固接在锁体上，锁体上具有一通孔，在锁体内有一与通孔相通的斜孔，在斜孔内装有弹簧及堵头，在斜孔与通孔的相通处设有一钢球，钢球由弹簧支撑。
本实用新型提供的施封锁在使用时，使锁带穿过包装物的被施封部位后，将锁带穿过锁体上的通孔，在斜孔内弹簧的作用下，钢球压迫在锁带上、将锁带锁定，即可完成施封。在锁带与锁体已形成封闭环的状态下，再从锁带穿过通孔的一端拽拉锁带，可使封闭环再缩小，且锁带在钢球的压迫下不能再退回。
本实用新型结构简单、可靠，它在使用中锁带与锁体构成的封闭环的周长可向缩小的方向变化，它的使用安全性好，且成本较低。

本实用新型提供的施封锁包括有锁体2、锁带1，锁带1的一端固接在锁体2上。锁带1在锁体2上固接的方式为，在锁体2开一沉孔2e，将锁带1的一端伸入到沉孔2e中，然后在锁体2的外侧对准锁带1处冲压下一凹坑2a，通过锁体2的局部变形，使锁带1的一端与锁体2固接。锁体2上具有一通孔2b，在锁体2内有一与通孔2b相通的斜孔2d，斜孔2d与通孔2b具有夹角，在斜孔内装有弹簧4及堵头5，在斜孔2d与通孔2b的相通处设有一钢球3，钢球3由弹簧4支撑。为提高本施封锁使用时的安全性，在锁体2上还开有一与通孔2b相通的螺纹孔2c。另外，在锁带1及锁体2的外部还可以包裹上塑料层，以增加产品的美观度。

本实用新型提供的施封锁在使用时，使锁带1穿过包装物的被施封部位后，将锁带穿过锁体2上的通孔2b，在斜孔2d内弹簧4的作用下，由钢球3压迫在锁带上1、将锁带1锁定，即可完成施封。在锁带1与锁体2已形成封闭环的状态下，再从锁带1穿过通孔2b的一端向下拽拉锁带1时，锁带1会推动钢球3使其退向斜孔2d内，这样可使封闭环再缩小，而且，此后锁带1在钢球3的压迫下不能再退回。另外，在包装物的被施封部位被本施封锁施封妥当后，再从螺纹孔2c内穿装一螺钉6，由螺钉6将锁带1压紧，可进一步提高本施封锁使用时的安全性。

1.一种施封锁，包括有锁体(2)、锁带(1)，锁带(1)的一端固接在锁体(2)上，其特征在于：锁体(2)上具有一通孔(2b)，在锁体(2)内有一与通孔(2b)相通的斜孔(2d)，在斜孔(2d)内装有弹簧(4)及堵头(5)，在斜孔(2d)与通孔(2b)的相通处设有一钢球(3)，钢球(3)由弹簧(4)支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施封锁，其特征在于：在锁体(2)上还开有一与通孔(2b)相通的螺纹孔(2c)。
