Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双螺杆混料器，包括壳体，壳体上设有进、出料口，壳体内装左、右二根转速不同的驱动轴，其中一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为四叶，另一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为五叶，且二根驱动轴上的搅拌叶有交叉部分。本实用新型结构合理，混料效果好，旋转时产生变速搅拌，通过两种不同的速度同时搅拌使输入液体能够快速的达到使用要求。本实用新型的另一特点是轴及壳体有热交换，在工作时保证溶液有一定的温度，端面螺旋输料，能够使料及时均匀的流出搅拌器。

现有的混料器，一般为单螺杆形式，混料效果不理想。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，混料效果好的双螺杆混料器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种双螺杆混料器，其特征是：包括壳体，壳体上设有进、出料口，壳体内装左、右二根转速不同的驱动轴，其中一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为四叶，另一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为五叶，且二根驱动轴上的搅拌叶有交叉部分。
壳体呈具有热交换介质进出口的夹层形式。
驱动轴上设置热交换介质通道。
壳体底部设置清洗出料口。
驱动轴的搅拌叶在轴向呈螺旋形倾斜。
本实用新型结构合理，混料效果好，旋转时产生变速搅拌，通过两种不同的速度同时搅拌使输入液体能够快速的达到使用要求。本实用新型的另一特点是轴及壳体有热交换，在工作时保证溶液有一定的温度，端面螺旋输料，能够使料及时均匀的流出搅拌器。

具体实施方式：
一种双螺杆混料器，包括壳体1，壳体上设有进、出料口2、3，壳体内装左、右二根转速不同的驱动轴4、5，其中一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为四叶，另一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为五叶，且二根驱动轴上的搅拌叶有交叉部分。壳体呈具有热交换介质进、出口6、7的夹层形式。驱动轴上设置热交换介质通道。壳体底部设置清洗出料口8、9。驱动轴的搅拌叶在轴向呈螺旋形倾斜。图中还有机架10。

1、一种双螺杆混料器，其特征是：包括壳体，壳体上设有进、出料口，壳体内装左、右二根转速不同的驱动轴，其中一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为四叶，另一根驱动轴上的搅拌叶为五叶，且二根驱动轴上的搅拌叶有交叉部分。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双螺杆混料器，其特征是：壳体呈具有热交换介质进出口的夹层形式。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双螺杆混料器，其特征是：驱动轴上设置热交换介质通道。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的双螺杆混料器，其特征是：壳体底部设置清洗出料口。
5、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的双螺杆混料器，其特征是：驱动轴的搅拌叶在轴向呈螺旋形倾斜。
